It is my understanding that LE removed some of the bags from the A's during the initial search warrant. Not positive though.

Also, someone started a thread tonight about the lady who removed the bag of garbage (the one that had the shamrock hat that was torn up). She still has the bag and TM had told her how to preserve it in case it was needed later. :woohoo:

Oh I hope they got bags the first time and I hope it is true that the lady saved the bag she took from the curb! Wouldn't that be something wonderful if that bag is a match!!! Seems to be so much Karma falling in to place.

Well, not to get too graphic but....the skin would shrink back or fall off and the tape would be in the vicinity unless disturbed by animals. I'm not fully on this "tape on the mouth" thing, and if I were I'd throw things in my house. I do believe maybe tape was around the bag, etc., neck, tied to bag, etc. KWIM?
When I first heard about the tape (around noon), it was said to have been used to keep the bag closed...maybe the story morphed.

My fiancee asked if I will stop spending 20 hous a day online since they found her body. Maybe go back to cooking and doing laundry.

Answer: There's a frozen lasagna in the oven and if you turn your shirt inside out it'll be fine till this weekend.

He is not amused.

Yep, RR, I think the collective thought process is right. I've read the other posts (wasn't ignoring them; just trying to keep up) and I've got to agree. Wonder if the show was already recorded? I saw a 'teaser' on that the Ants are going to be on LKL again tomorrow, to comment on the new discovery. Bet they'll be in a studio somewhere in Orlando this time.

I went to the Dateline site and it appears that at least a portion of the show was prerecorded. There is a video snippet of Cindy and the 911 calls. But, it also showed the updates from today, so who knows? Nothing about the father though.

Was that the guy who used to sit outside of the house when the webcam was set up?
Looks like it and he has those white sunglasses too.

This is terrible to think of, but if she broke her neck, she may have taped it all around her head and spine to keep it together.

"Teens said they found spot months ago."

“(There was) A place in the ground that appeared to have been dug up before,” said 17 year old Thomas Berning. “And leading down into the ground was a string with a stick tied to the end of it, we tried to give it a lift but it wouldn’t lift up.”

“We saw a cop go by down to the place where it was at,” said King. “And we started talking to him telling him about it.”

Deputies told the teens that what they found was actually a bomb, nothing related the Anthony case.
(?)

A bomb? Excuse me?

Gosh! I felt like this was so important when I read those 5 statements in the last doc dump. I can't believed there wasn't more investigation on going. What a disappointment because they might have found this when the people brought it to the LE's attention back in Sep.

On CNN today it was said that the "worker/man" that found the body had something to do with... FIRE HYDRANTS... the first thing I thought of was on the physic thread some one predicted the body would be found "WHERE GERMAN SHEPPARDS PEE'... did anyone else here that reported live today?

I saw it when it was reported (i think it was on Headline News). They said he was out there checking on locations or water pipes for fire hydrants.

The media said it first thing and then they said it was ALSO around the bag to keep it closed.

For the record, frozen lasagna better going down than coming back up. Blech!!!!!!

This make sense to me. KC just thinking, driving and ok here and getting out of the car and walking, walking into the bushes 20 - 30' and leaving her there. Period. That's it. No big deal. I don't think she is a genius just because this has gone on for so long nor because she could lie to LE with a straight face.

The banality of evil. I thought it was all so complex too. Thought she drove a hundred miles to feed Caylee to some especially hungry alligators or burned her poor body in a remote place. And here she was, tooling along, practically throwing that bag from her car window. la dee dah. checking herself out in the rear view mirror on the way to Tony's, thinking which movie they'll rent from Blockbusters. Banality of Evil.

Isn't it interesting that one of the psychics said Caylee would be found where the German Shepherds pee ... and then this utility worker comes along ... and he has to go ...

Think about it...they did not say that the German Shepherd WOULD pee, but WHERE he pees...where do they pee? In the weeds? In the woods?

Maybe he is German ancestry and he is a shepherd as in "God's flock" .......

I kept seeing her looking up through a chain link fence and seeing searchers - does anyone know if there was a hill with a chain link fence there where she was found?

THere was a report earlier that between the search that ate TM's ATV and when they came back, a chain link fence had gone up around that area. I am not sure if that has been confirmed or denied yet.

Turbo, Somewhere I did hear/read that there was an incline. Also reported was that a fence had been put up before TES came back the last time. Chain link, I don't know, but I bet it was. I remember you always mentioning a chain link fence.

Here is another link where they discuss the fence having gone up:

At this link it says it is very steep and very wet. Apparently a "retention pond" a short way in...

...and I believe there was another independent sighting of that rope. Not sure, though if it was the same exact area.

yes to both but they've been saying that all day on the news...

I posted that the first week she was missing and I was posting here. I have posted it many times since then, but did not hear it on the news today. I must have been on the wrong channel.

What worries me about the duct tape...

If duct tape was put on the child's mouth. The skin and body decomposed... wouldn't the tape fall off? It would have been stuck to the skin... skin gone.. tape off.

Where is the official report that the duct tape was on the child's mouth? Was this stated by the OSCO?

Sorry; I wasn't ignoring you. It's just sooooooo hard to keep up tonight!

I wish I knew the answer, but I don't. I do remember hearing at some point in time, stated by some expert (sorry to be so vague; I've been online for 13 hours and my mind's numb) that if the body were in water, that it would decay more slowly. I don't recall anyone saying with specificity that there was no tissue on the skull. I know, this is all graphic and horrifying to type, but it is what it is.

Yep, the one and only (I hope). He even has the KC-boughtwithstolenmoney-white rimmed glasses on.
