So we have another car crash to add to the list. Timmy had crashed Katrina's car..hmm.

Just how deep is Tina-Katrina in this mess?

She was RC's boss, so to speak. He worked for her (allegedly) on Feb. 9. She owns a Tree service and a nursery of sorts.....has vehicles. And is TN's sister. Now, we see she is driving misty around town, even on the day of the arrests, she was on scene and drove off when the cops arrived....hmmm. The sisters, TN and Katrina just have a knack for knowing when police are arriving..

........they drive fast too.. Does anyone find it interesting that ron's aunt is driving misty to a drug deal? If they were divorced, why would Katrina maintain a friendship with misty? She must have known what was going on with the drugs. Ron is in this up to his ears and the entire family knows and maybe uses drugs themselves.

See, that's one thing I don't get... She has said, and done many things to this (her own) family of hers and yet they accept her without question. The ONLY reason the RO was redacted against Tommy was because she needed somewhere to go. :waitasec: And then she leads police to believe he stole stuff just before going to jail. They still stick together? How? What family dynamics rule these folks?

She has accused her brother of molesting her, being violent with her and has now told LE he burglarized homes. Yet, he is there for her.

I have to assume the whole family has been protecting her for her whole life because they believe she is mentally disturbed....and I think she is.

The fact that ron and misty were left to care for these two precious children is disturbing. They are both immature and lack cognitive skills.

For eleven months this has bothered many of us and I have been on the courts ever since. After reading the docs we all know what happened and how rc and his family conned the court....all for their own selfish reasons with total disregard for Haleigh and Jr.. Katrina supplied the documents to make it look like rc was employed. Tn guided him through the process and AS watched the kids. They never had a chance. Darn the system. It is a disgrace because rc was into drugs a few months before he stole the kids and got arrested again for drugs shortly after he filed.

This tragedy lies also in the hands of tn and gma who allowed all this to happen and to encourage and allow rc to care for children while he was sleeping with a 16 yr old girl. There is nothing to suggest that rc had the slightest idea on how to care for children, yet he got them when one was an infant and the other, a toddler. He got them with a planned strategy that involved gaining custody of them BEFORE he filed, thus enabling him a secure position in the courts. He lied about CS's addy too. Neither of the Grandparents did a darn thing to stop this immature druggie from taking total control of the children. It is disgusting! If I could go in there with a guard dog and a waterboard, I'd be there in a flash. Where is Haleigh?

I can have some comfort in the fact that jr is with Crystal...but the road is going to be long for the poor little guy.

Get these two idiots to talk. It doesn't matter what you do....just get them to talk. What did they do to Haleigh? I shudder to think!

Question, Whisperer...and sorry for going slightly OT...but the claims of a local about how dangerous Ron was/is and what he was in to (IIRC one posted that they'd been threatened)...did any more conversation ever come of that? I think they should be acknowledged now for at least speaking up way back when.

Do you think in alot of ways this is "normal" to them? In a way we cannot perceive? We do not live in this messy &ell hole. Not saying it is right....Just part of life for so many. We have heard many say that Haleigh never had a chance. This lifestyle and birthright offer few...(chances, that is)

I remember reading an affidavit that if the children are given to rc that they will be harmed. The courts were told of the car accident with the kids in the car and it was a bad one...they did nothing. How many times do we have to keep hearing this carp? It seems to be consistent with the child custody that turns out bad and the child is harmed. We hear it in many of the cases of murdered children. DCF does not know how to investigate and do not have the training. If they don't see it happen or have the video, it didn't occur.

Where in the He!! did Misty think she would be going? To the freakin country club? BTW, I hope no one takes offense to this, but how many men his age call their mom "Mother"? I'm sure there are some, but I know of none personally. in my mom's generation (she's 76) that was pretty commonplace..things like that were more formal then...not so much at all anymore IMO anyway. It just took me aback when I heard him say that for some reason.

I don't see the Croslins as bad as some do. I don't think the family is mentally disturbed. I think that many can relate to them, as far as their emotions. They are poor. They resort to stealing at times to survive but they don't seem to have black hearts, imo.

I guess though, I see it as a growing epidemic.... One in which the human race loses sense of it self...

Not sure of my point here... except for the fact....if Haleigh had no chance, what chance did Misty have to survive? And why?

I only can see education as a way out. Making education the priority is the goal. Don't know about misty or if she was just a very difficult child. The family moved around often too. It is quite severe that she had such a poor education. How about the boys? We don't know when they left school. That would be helpful to know.

They also have to get off drugs..Getting off drugs can be a serious problem. Having worked around hundreds of them, the chance of anyone quitting is slim because the only way to stop is to say and MEAN you would rather be dead then ever take another drug. The motivation and commitment to stop just doesn't exist with most drug addicts.

He at least said he wrote Crystal. I don't know he doesn't seem worried at all. I'm wondering if he's getting a deal and Misty is getting set-up? I think Misty believes that he still loves her and won't snitch. He seems to be getting privileges, two showers a day and visitors I think they said two times a week?
Something is missing here.

Did he mean Crystal S or Crystal C, his sister? It sounded a bit like it was a package of letters to his family, IMO.
