I am just baffled sitting here after reading the comments from her friend in that article. It is almost like a doomsday effect, realizing that she might not be all about what she portends to be and it might show the possibility of deeper problems she has. Post partem, as an aside, I think that is about a year too late. But when I was having babies we didn't even know about that or what it was. !!!

I wonder if the parents did not want to go on TV in the beginning in case one of them would be too recognizable and was worried that someone out there would remember seeing that person somewhere where that person shouldn't have been seen?

Maybe that parent convinced the others that s/he was just too distraught.

I, too, think that Terri was instrumental in convincing others that going on TV early was a bad idea. She needed much more time to gather some semblance of composure for that.

I just cant get past the total lack of concern for Kyron. Where is the terror, the horror, the frustration that this baby has been missing for 2 weeks. If this is a friend of Terri's you would think she would be talking about how distrtaught they are that Kyron is gone. Not that they are frustrated and tired because this has drug out OMG.....:furious::banghead::furious::banghead:

IMO this article is important in that it shows one of TH's recounts of the day to be very suspect. The "appointment" - first it was shouted across the gym to the teacher and it was for the following Monday, now - she gave the teacher paperwork and it was for the next Friday.

Then we have her making a clearly false statement concerning the teacher - It's her first year. Clearly TH knew this wasn't true - she had volunteered in that classroom FSG!!!! TH came up with this after being cornered about the "appointment" comment.

One two many "stories" for me - remember, the truth doesn't change!!!!!

So...friend leaks that SM is taking a 2nd poly, revealing that a 1st one was done? Maybe someone didn't like the glare of "no comment" as though she hadn't taken any tests and wanted it to be know, yes: I did.

Just noticing that "polygraph" still isn't coming from LE, but did get leaked tonight...

I don't think LE would share any info on LD tests with the public. That should be purely investigative business IMO. Does the article say this info comes from LE or the friend? Thanks

I can see her convincing the husband, because he doesn't seem to be very involved with the school stuff, but to convince the detective step dad, I don't know. It's odd. Even the friend didn't show horror about what's happened to Kyron. It was all about her friend.

Tonight I had to drive out SE Division. Driving back to the freeway down Division I suddenly saw a bright new billboard with Kyron's smiling face looking out. It gave me pause, and I smiled back at him, hoping all the efforts from everyone who has worked on his case - so many, many devoted citizens, will bring him home.

Whereabouts on Division? I might have to go over tomorrow to smile at him myself!

To be fair, SM could have communicated her grief, fear and heartbreak to Finster and either:

(1) Finster did not tell the reporter, or
(2) The reporter decided against putting it in the story.

I can't form an opinion that sticks about SM. Mostly, I think she's the best suspect LE has. But then I think of other possibilities, which are many due to the lack of factual information we have, and I wonder if I'm wrong.

The main thing her friend's interview told me was that Terri is not all that intelligent. Like others, I got a real Misty vibe from that article. I'm thinking maybe LE is waiting to arrest her when they decide whether they are going to find Kyron's body or whether they're going to need to prosecute without a body. Also, they may need more evidence than the fact that she's hinky as all get out, was the last person to see Kyron, and can't reasonably account for her whereabouts. I mean, that pretty much describes Susan Powell's husband, and he's not arrested.

It is an unexpected shocker for me too Butterfly. She sure didn't do anything to help her friend which is why I think STEADFAST has a good thought there, a passive/aggresive impulse coming out towards this SM. xox

The shouted across the gym story was an anonymous comment under a news article. As far as I know, Terri has said nothing at all to the press.

It doesn't make sense if SM told the teacher the day before (June 3rd) that Kyron had an appt on June 11th and gave her papers to fill out, why would the teacher think the appt was that day (June 4th)? I could see it if SM told the teacher that day (June 4th) that he had an appt on June 11th how she would get confused but why would she think it was the next day? That isn't a lot of time to fill out the paperwork. Did she fill it out already and give it back to SM? I am so confused
