Well, so far the only life that is an open book is Terri's. Are the others all saints?

IMO, there are no saints -- not this side of heaven. Additionally, I don't think LE is in search of saints in this situation or "no-saints." They are looking for people to be truthful in order to help them in their direction to find a precious child who is missing, dead or endangered. They are WELL AWARE of sordid stories in their investigations, they don't want to be sidetracked...they just need info to help them on their way.

IF Terri's life is now an "open book" -- she brought that on herself. She obviously displayed to LE that she was "protecting herself" in some way AND that her protecting herself was far more important than her giving the truth to find "an innocent." The moment I saw that in an investigation, I would be all over it, just as they are. Who wouldn't be?

IF a person said, "Oh...I can't let you know where I was when my step son went missing, that is kinda private info, I can only tell you I had nothing to do with his disappearance" I want to know just WHO (amidst serious investigators) would buy that and let it remain without querry?

I couldn't give a big "rats" about Terri's life's sordid details IF she was able to clear that she had nothing to do with Kyron going missing. OH but she hasn't... She hasn't for a reason that defies "upright human being." SO if her life is an open book, she bought the book.

Could TH's attorney also represent DDS? Seems like a awhole lot of derrogatory things have been spewed. I really do feel for Kaine,DY & TY...but don't ya think they ought to just LE do all the talking...seems to me as if they ( Kaine /DY) could be putting themselves in hot water. But I am sure they are not concerned about hot water, just finding their son, which is certainly understandable.

I keep reminding myself - it's not a duo, it's a trio. Tony's in LE - has Desiree's ear.

IMO, If LE wanted this trio to shut up, they'd shut up. I can talk myself into this being the case, because of Tony's presence as a victim.


LE either:
1) doesn't care - it's all noise. Or,
2) LE has profiled Terri & friends and has adviced the family trio what they can do to apply pressure and help.

He could, but I doubt he would. There aren't many situations in which it is in the best interests of two clients who are involved in the same case to be represented by the same attorney.

The full circumstances of such a situation would have to be in writing, signed by all parties (clients and attorney), in order for the attorney to protect himself in the event he is sued for malpractice by one of the parties. The writing would show that the clients were fully informed of all hazards (including potential hazards) involved, and that the clients consented to the dual representation anyway.

I've seen it happen in civil cases, but not in criminal cases. That doesn't mean that the client and potential client don't want it to happen -- just that the vast majority of the time, attorneys aren't prone to hanging themselves on limbs like that.

Well the two that have not had the exposure yet because they haven't been identified might want to start talking now. This is a tactic. Hopefully one will break down.

I totally agree with the orchestrated good cop/bad cop setup. I have thought that from the first time Kaine and Desiree spoke out.

I think part of it might be due to legal strategy, looking ahead towards a trial. A defense atty wouldn't be able to say about LE, "And you publicly made disparaging comments to influence the jury pool; you focused on my client to the exclusion of all others and instituted a media campaign against her, didn't you?"

Disseminating what they want in the public arena via non-LE avoids that complication down the road. I am one of those who has tremendous faith in LE in general, and especially when the FBI is involved. I think they know what they're doing.

I agree... If LE didn't want Kaine and Desiree out contradicting them, I feel that Kaine and Desiree would not be doing that.

LE (Multnohma Sheriff along with FBI) would have put their foot down ifg they didn't want them talking to media.

Wow...this is just getting more and more bizarre.
I just don't get that IF TH did harm to Kyron....how she could possibly find another human being to help her out. That's just disgusting in my book.
I know there are sickos out there....but I just couldn't imagine calling someone and saying, "hey, can you help my dispose of my step son" (if that is what happened.)
I just don't see him being "hidden"somewhere. He's 7...he can scream, yell, use the phone, etc. He's not a baby....

Thanks for reminding me too! I keep forgetting about Tony and his being in LE. He would definitely not let Desiree go against LE's wishes.

My guess is that the CSI/FBI folks had already left. The person moving things is moving packed and labeled boxes.
