LE can and will verify this new story. All KC is doing is delaying the the arrest/trial a little longer. That is fine too, will give them more time to get the ducks in a row!

I personally do not believe she sold her. I would love for the child to be alive but the evidence says no. I also don't think either one of the 3 would take Caylee with them to PR. Just more BS from KC. Take the media/attention away from her and she will crack!

I think LE can prove that Caylee is dead & they can also prove that she was in the trunk of that car

But I think they are having some difficulty proving who put her there?

They will eventually charge Casey with Caylee's murder but why should they rush?

Casey's not going anywhere &The minute they file charges the clock starts ticking.

If they wait maybe a body will be found or more evidence will turn up

KC has told every story under the sun to explain Caylee missing. Literally. Is there any possible scenario left that she hasn't told? The only one she hasn't told is the truth. The only scenario she hasn't told is Caylee is deceased. I doubt she ever will.

I wish we knew if there was any decomp fluid in the vehicle that could be traced to Caylee along with the death band in the hair. If no actual body is ever found they could say that this is biological, a part of the body, and that Caylee could not be alive with any Z. or in Puerto Rico. A case in my town (as I've said before) was tried and two people found guilty with no body. The Vidoq Society finally convinced the prosecutor that blood is the body.

I'm sorry but even THINKING about using the death of this sweet little girl as an oppurtunity to say "hey! I was right and you were wrong, I told you so" is just freaking disgusting.

It takes time to build a case for murder, especially when you don't have a body.
I believe they have alot of evidence to examine, experts to consult and present at trial etc.
Ever hear the term "Rush to judgement"? They certainly don't want to proceed in haste and have that saying adopted by yet another defence attorney. And if they do charge her soon, JB will ask for a speedy trial so LE may not be as well prepared, I's not dotted, T's not crossed.
They will proceed when they are ready.

I got one. See, Caylee lost a tooth and so KC put it under Caylee's pillow and put Caylee to bed expecting Tooth Fairy to take the tooth and leave money . Only when KC woke up in the morning, she discovered that Tooth Fairy had left the tooth and taken Caylee!

LP said that Casey told the park/script story the first time she got out of jail. He also said that the family did not talk about what happened to Caylee. It seems someone, aside from just Casey, is lying.
