Maybe it is Lee. He fancies himself to be an investigator of sorts. And he has said damaging things concerning the smell of the car/trunk. Then he goes and high fives Casey. He is a big flip-flopper!

George could be talking also. I believe that he helped Casey after the fact. The 'sold Caylee' would help him as well, IMO.

Of course, I think the whole family has told their share of lies and covered up for Casey.

I think all these stories, wherever they originated, should not be taken seriously, including LP's script story. The story told by Casey, who was the only witness to what happened, is the only one that matters. It's the only one that has been told to LE and it's the one that has to be disproven. I doubt the script story or the 'sold in PR' story will be mentioned in the courtroom.

Wednesday, sources who spent a lot of time with the family in recent weeks, told Eyewitness News that when Casey got out of jail the first time, she convinced her mother that she sold her daughter to someone in Puerto Rico. The only interview Cindy's done since then is with Telemundo, where she talked about a tip that Caylee was in Puerto Rico.

Oh I totally believe CA is falling for this.. Why not she believes EVERYTHING that KC says!!! INSANE, there is a difference in supporting your child and just being plain stupid and gullable.

Well, if she sold Caylee, that rules out PTSD or shock from a horrific accident to explain the partying after Caylee was gone.

Since everyone knows that people that buy little girls and ship them abroad do so from pure motives, it makes sense that Casey would have no worries.

I guess this way Casey doesn't have to lead LE to Caylee's body. I think whatever happened to Caylee, Casey is afraid the cause of death will convict her if Caylee's body is found.

I've thought this for a while too. Possibly she did use the gas in the cans for a more sinister purpose (would show premeditation or heartlessness) or there are signs of a struggle that could be preserved, such as abrasions or strangulation marks. This is all horrible to think about, but I do think that if there was any way Casey could claim it was an accident and have the body & location back that up, she would go with that story.

Although I'm sure if worst comes to worst for KC and they DO find the body, she'll try to claim it was an accident even if there's evidence of premeditation.

This just slows down the investigation more - now they will have to check and see if any of the 3 traveling to PR had a small child board the plane with them. Does anyone know why RM was in Boston?

I believe I read that was checked out and it was negative.

Padilla had to sign papers from the start dealing with book rights and such..and Baez had him sign them...

I have never put this up here because people would think I am nuts, but what isn't nuts about this case? I have been saying since the tests on the trunk came back that she was going to say that she had a miscarriage and the fetus was in her clothes and she threw the pants in the trunk and that was what it was. The DNA would match her, it would explain why the pants need to be washed and why there was decomp and would make everyone feel more sorry for her while she told another lie about where the baby was. Now we find out that she had a miscarriage with Brandon--if that is even true. Just saying...

I totally agree. I think the bar association should be contacted because he is not helping his client at all. HE IS MAKING THE CIRCUS WORSE RIGHT NOW. He is totally going to bomb when it comes to the Zenaida lawsuit because he is going up against big guns.
