Well, we do know from CA's own mouth that there was some other dead body in the trunk so I guess they haven't really helped the situation.

I don't see how Cindy refusing to believe the body in the trunk was Caylee has any bearing on the situation, whether helpful or harmful.

Can't we raise a stink with the Florida Bar? His behavior is horrid! I know most lawyers already have a bad name with the public, but this beyond anything rational. Could this give KC grounds for an appeal if he, in fact, does profit greatly with a movie deal? This should be protested for sure - just don't know who to protest to.

No, I meant that people keep saying Casey said this, the family said that. We have no idea if any of it is true. We don't know what the family is actually saying or believing at this point. I will find it very hard to believe that the family would disseminate a "Casey sold Caylee" story until I know it for sure from their mouths, as opposed to "sources".

They don't have to say anything. All KC and the Anthonys are trying to do is establish reasonable doubt that Caylee is dead. The more spin they put on the story, the better for KC- all it takes is one holdout on the jury to still believe the baby is alive... somewhere.

Yes, but potential jurors in any future trial DO READ these stories. No matter what questions are put to them about their prior knowledge of the case, these annonymous stories could affect the outcome.

Poor KC. First she leaves her baby with a trusted sitter and she runs away with the baby. Then that same sitter shows up at the park and forcibly steals her baby. Then her trunk stinks to high heaven and tests show that there was a dead body in there. And her daughters DNA is there too. Then she sells the baby to someone who takes her to PR. And they rip her off and don't pay her so she has to steal from her friends. Why do all the bad things happen to KC?
