Now, that's what is called a "LEAK".

:clap: not to mention that the "source" claims that casey convinced her mother of this 'sold in PR' story........ man this whole case is a bunch of hooha no matter what way it is spun! It is obvious what can was leaking this story lol!

ok, so we're supposed to believe that her friends - who all, from what I can tell, sound like rational, moral 20somethings - were asked by KC to bring her child with them to Puerto Rico and sell her. and they said sure, and none of them has 'fessed up to it. And no one from that group said, hey wait a minute, this is morally wrong and a totally f-ed up thing to do! because this kind of thing happens all the time - a kid gets in the way and you have to sell it. hey, it just happens. you know, one of my friends once asked me to sell their kids on the black market, and I made a ton of money off of it. paid my rent with that money. I see ads all the time on craigslist for people looking to sell their kids to the highest bidder.

Don't be too sure these are wonderful, moral 20 somethings. These same people have parties all the time and are still to this day talking about parties on their myspace. When I was that age I was partying and having fun and I had a daughter at the age of 20. There were alot of things I did at that age that I am not proud of. I think we all need to think back at that time in our lives and wonder if maybe we would have done anything for a friend. Some people "yes" some "no". I think people are too quick to judge on these posts.

Correct. You don't *need* a body. It is always preferable, when there is no pressing reason to bring charges, for the prosecution to delay doing so as long as possible, in order to delay trial. That is the case here.

Delaying trial allows the prosecution more trial prep time.

It's the difference between insisting that your child complete and turn in their school project *today*, rather than take the rest of the week until it's do, and produce a higher quality and more effective school project.

It simply makes no sense to do otherwise.

What's to say they didn't buy her a ticket. A three year old is not going to have ID. They gave a fake name to the airline. Enough said.

you have to have a birth certificate for the child. I guess they had fake papers I also am sure LE checked out the flight manifest and the trip itinerary for those kids as well. That part of the interviews has not been released by LE yet because perhaps they plan on using it for grand jury? First, pretty sure anyone could come with a birth certificate. These days, anything is possible. Secondly, do you know for a fact if all of her friends have had lie detector tests? Is everything you read on this site legit? I think not. Most of it is gossip or opinions. No one knows what the A's are feeling or what their friends are feeling. The A's want CMA back and the friends don't want to be associated with the case. My feeling is they also might have skeletons in their closet and would rather stay as far away from the limelight as possible.

I'm not sure why anyone would follow up on anything coming from Casey, or the family for that matter, at this point. It's all been proven lies and hocus pocus.

I'm sure they (Casey especially) are thrilled when people give it credence.

Better to put time and effort where it's more effective.

guess my question would be why hasn't GA and CA got off their azz and gone to PR if they REALLY think she is there? I know if it was me I wouldn't waste any time heading out and searcing myself OH WAIT....they didn't even hunt in Orlando why would THEY hunt any where else ..just let others do the work while they hammer off the protesters and babysit their daughter???

Well, then look at it a different way....the PR trip group:

We have AZ, who right after she gets back from PR, leads CA to KC b/c CA called her worried, then Amy leads her to KC. Would she do that if she had just transported the baby to PR? I doubt it.

Next, JPC, who from all accounts doesn't care for KC (according to Amy), would he do that for KC. again doubtful.

And then theres RM, who just got irritated with KC for bringing her current BF TonE to a party while KC was still stringing him along. Would he be the one who took her? Common sense says no.

I have a two year old and you need no type of papers to fly domestic. PR is considered a Domestic flight. I have sent my daughter to NY with no type of paperwork. Am not saying this story is true but it is something I have thought about since this circus began.

Because she has serious issues and is in over her head. When I was young I did stupid things (ok, like egging a car and someone called the cops, that kind of thing) and when I was confronted I lied and then had to lie some more and then lie to my parents etc....and all I wanted was for everyone to believe my lies and leave me alone. I was truly sorry for what I had done but couldn't admit it because of all the lies and because I was so far in. Not that egging a car is like murder, but haven't most of us done stupid things and were scared to face the consequences and admit the truth?

Trouble is, Casey's slip up is a major one that won't go away, no matter what she does or what lies she tells. The fact that she is out of touch with reality (or terribly spoiled) was evident in LA's testimony when CA was calling the cops and LA said he said to KC, "what are you going to tell the cops when they get here" and KC said, "I'm going to say she's at the babysitters asleep" and LA said, "Well, you know the cops are going to say, OK take us there" and KC was shocked. She never imagined that the cops wouldn't believe her and go away. That's when she immediately made up the kidnapping story.

Yep, she has issues and is/was out of touch with reality.
