What I meant was if Kc was carrying her there's a good chance she may have been dead already, and Kc was trying to make it like she was asleep. If she were alive and awake she would most likely have been walking and had gone over and hugged him before leaving. JMO

Geez when my kids were little and we left my parents house, whether they were asleep or awake there was always a kiss - or my Dad would carry a baby and put her in the car seat

With the reports of the plants removed in the A's backyard & at the crime scene, can we assume now that those seedlings from the hibiscus and other plant may have started maturing in Caylee's remains? Anyone know the growth pattern of these plants from seedlings?

Hibiscus bushes can be prolific seed producers. They have many flower buds on each stem. Each flower produces a seed pod nearly as big as a golf ball that has at least 100 seeds that look like little bb's. As the pods dry, they split open into wedge shaped segments. The seeds fall out and readily sprout, both in sunshine and SHADE...

Whatever was found with Caylee's body led to the Anthony's home being the crime scene, while this points to Casey it would not necessarily rule out the other A's??? This is why I believe they found her prints on the duct tape...conclusively showing Casey alone killed her daughter. JMO. Also while I don't doubt Casey entertained thoughts of Caylee's demise, I strongly believe this was NOT premeditated and Caylee ultimately met her death due to Casey's moment of complete rage. Most likely starting with duct tape to hush her (no time to think about fingerprints) and anger leading to the trauma that ended Caylee's life. The problem I have is I believe her moment of rage would most likely have occured the night of the 15th due to the fight...conflicting with GA and CA's story????

Maybe not.........I always covered my little kid's heads with a small blanket when I was carrying them out into the sun if they were asleep, so they would not wake up when I put them in the car.

But then why continue with the Charade of Caylee is alive ( but then again the McCanns do that so....)

We actually don't know what GA testified to or that he was truthful.

me too - I have to listen to GA's interview again and read the transcript - I could have sworn he said Casey was carrying Caylee and two backpacks - he saw them during his cooking show around 1 PM - I'm only going by sketchy memory, it's been awhile since I listened to the FBI interview and read the transcript and his LE report

So based on a few comments here and there it seems that its also a very good possibility that she did not plan to do this. That instead the fight with her mother threw her into an impossible rage of which Caylee was the recipient of.

What if she struck her and blood was seeping out of her mouth and nose and she duct taped it to keep it all in ?

My thoughts have always been accident or rage attack. whilst I am saddened that it was not a complete accident I think something that is a rage attack is more understandable than a actual premeditated murder of a 2 year old.

I really don't see any point in putting back the DP. If you get just one person who is against the DP you can lose the entire case.

If what I read today was right, then the jury can ask for the DP if the evidence indicates "aggravating circumstances" - When the jury does it, it is not subject to all the appeals it is on a first time conviction. That may be what they are going to present in court after they prove their case.

I always thought that with a broken neck, no bones were actually damaged, it is the spine that is damaged, can anyone enlighten me on that?

I can't speak for every broken neck, but as I said before, I broke C6 and C7 and I suffered no spinal cord injuries at all, somehow. I could, however taste electricity and smell hay, like a 9Volt battery to your tongue in a barn.. I walked around with it like that for 6 weeks, but the bones themselves were broken. I would have to think that since they tell you which bones you broke, and broken neck would be damage to the bones and no damage to the bones would be a spinal cord injury, but I am not sure once I saw someone ask it. I had always assumed that broken meant bone. And still to this day, as I said before, you can see on X-ray where I broke it. They X-rayed Caylee's bones. I don't believe broken neck. Suffocation is a possibility.

Even if it was rage - that is not accidental - that is aggravating circumstances in the commission of a crime and is a DP crime.

LOL I was saving and printing them - making notes and trying to make my own timeline - it was WAAAAAYYYY too much work - I have my own business to run! I think what I might do is during the trial - when a witness comes to the stand, pull their statement and texts, etc. and see what conflicts and what doesn't

Good point, but George says she was wearing sunglasses{ If we can believe he actually saw them on the afternoon of the 16th of June} so her head would not have been covered I don't think

A small child's vertebrae are not fused together yet like an adult. Their neck can be broken and the spinal cord severed without it showing up on x-rays.

I think people have taken out of context what Kio stated. IIRC, she was asked if she knew of a Zenaida Gonzalez. Her resonse was there is a neighbor with the last name Gonzalez, but no Zenaida. I have seen nowhere a legitimate source that states there was a Zenaida in proximity of the Anthony home.

Bumping up my own post. I see I am wrong! There is a Zenaida listed in the white pages. Another coinkydink in this case.

I believe her and GA decided to say he saw them to keep everyone from knowing about that big brawl they had the night before. If you remember they denied that over and over until they could not deny it anymore.

ITA it just does not make sense, little ones that age are up and all over the house, wanting breakfast, or to go potty, etc, Its hard to believe they would stay all cooped up in a bedroom untill almost 1 pm

There is a Zenaida listed in the white pages, along with other names, as living at the house nearby. But she is not listed as an owner of the house. To me, it is just another lie KC made up as she went along.
