Tongo: As we had decided, I am going to be the 1st person to be put out, then the gentleman will follow.

Tongo: It happened like that at the stop sign. The door was opened, and I was told to get out. Xolile opened

Tongo: They left me and drove off. They turned right

The cross will be interesting, I don't know how this witness will go, there are inconsistencies already. Why Tongo thought there were two separate women? Baffles me.

SD sat in the car with him for 10 minutes. I wonder how that will be explained away by defence?

the only thing I can think of that could save the day is if she was looking frumpy and tired, wearing glasses instead of her contacts and generally dressing down instead of appearing like the gorgeous lovely young woman we are accustomed to seeing from photos.....It could have been a long flight??

I ' m still trying to figure out why the $ didn't end up in the front of the car per the original plan......other than SD was maybe loathe to part with it and if I recall correctly it was ''short''

Yes, being an Accountant, he was so mean that he wanted to pay as little as possible for Anni's murder?????

But who was supposed to have put the money in the front when Dewani was sitting in the back of the car? Wouldn't it have looked too obvious to Anni for Shrien to have put it there?

Am guessing he was to have given it to the driver discreetly and then the driver would have put in the front of the car as planned. SD said to the driver that SD had put it in he back of the front seat in the passenger area... (not as per original plan). He had opportunity for example when he took them to the restaurant or when he picked them up from the hotel.

Had Dewani had been threatened by his parents with disinheritance, should he not marry soon?

This should have been brought up and also about Hindu customs and beliefs about marriage and homosexuality.

http://www.news24.com/SouthAfrica/News/Dewani-sexuality-evidence-inadmissible-judge-20141014

My prediction is that Dewani could have been sexually abused by a male when he was young and also racially humiliated at the same time so he is now addicted to this for sexual arousal.

"When the abuser is male (and even sometimes when she is female), many boys - whether straight or gay - develop fears and concerns about sexual orientation. Conventional wisdom says sexual abuse turns boys gay, although there's no persuasive evidence that premature sexual activity fundamentally changes sexual orientation. Nevertheless, a heterosexual boy is likely to doubt himself, wondering why he was chosen by a man for sex. A homosexual boy may feel rushed into considering himself gay, or may hate his homosexuality because he believes it was caused by his abuse. Whether boys are gay or straight, these manipulative introductions to sexuality can set lifetime patterns of exploitation and self-destructive behavior.

These aftereffects are ugly. They're not only painful for victims but also costly to our society. Boys who grow up without coming to terms with their childhood abuse often struggle as men with addictions, anxiety, depression, and thoughts of suicide as well as the inability to develop or maintain relationships."

Apparently motive is not necessary to prove that someone arranged for others to kill their spouse in South Africa but it does make me feel a little sorry for Dewani that he could have suffered sexual and racial abuse by a sexual male abuser in his tender years and thought he must be gay as a result. Another factor is his Hindu religion which promotes marriage and having children otherwise you can be disinherited by your family and if that were the case, I guess it could be quite a financial loss for him. I wonder how many women would come forward to say they have had sex with him in the past? Probably he has never sought counselling on these issues to heal from them if that is the case which I am speculating as I have had clients who have experienced this. However, that does not give him the right to feign love for a lovely woman and get hitmen to kill her. He really needed therapy instead.
