She is pro-active though, and managing the process. OP's trial would have been a lot shorter, more succinct if Masipa had taken more control and stopped inappropriate nonsense and ramblings.

van Zyle is very clever imo, when Qwabe and Tongo on the stand, VZ was really grilling about Mondo having more involvement, at the time I didn't understand why because I wasn't aware Mondo would take the stand.

So VZ wanted Qwabe and Tongo to agree and make it easier to pin more on Mondo once he was in court. It didn't work, they wouldn't agree, so VZ has to work hard and get it out of Mondo himself, but he did succeed in planting the seed in Judge's head by persisting with the other two men. jmo
