#DewaniTrial If we look at the objective facts, the accused made an appointment for dinner at 96 Winery Road restaurant. MM says ZT told him that he was taking the couple to a restaurant in the Somerset West area.

I just can't see how one can be so sure of Pistorius's guilt because of his contradictory and non-credible accounts yet when we have three key witnesses who are delivering even more contradictions and bizarre accounts along with all the evidence against their stories, and the improbabilities of the case in general, the guilt of Dewani seems to be in stone for some. If you try to bend the evidence into one direction then anything is possible but objectively, IN MY OPINION , the evidence points to Dewani being implicated dishonestly 100%. I expect and hope this case is dismissed today.

The seeming lack of thought about what would happen to his car and livelihood is something that's troubled me, to be honest.

It also applies to a robbery, his car will be impounded. So Tongo may just be simple minded, (trying to be kind )
