I just looked for any old articles pre 2010 about hiring of hit men at Cape Town. SD has said in print that he KNOWS Africa very, very well. And imo, he would be very much 'in the know'. I also research extensively before I travel to a foreign land, I'm a bit anal like that, lol. It's an assumption regarding SD, just my opinion.
