I'm baffled that Botha didn't consider broadcasting being allowed by judge and prepared his client whether to strongly oppose it or not. He wanted an adjournment till 2.15 pm, they've got till 11.15 am.

Staying in South Africa myself, I think by no other means he is as guilty as helllll. He needs no "madness" help. He did this with BRUTAL AND CAREFUL PLANNING. He thought he killed everyone but Marli survived to his saddest ever! Finish. A lot of things in this country is also "missing" of which correct judgement! Topsy turvy already. Brace yourself for many adjournments..... The defence and state are in agreement though. We'll see how much power the judge has in his courtroom otherwise if they've got a leg to stand on, he can't make that decision. So his remark that it's not an order of god was to calm Defence, it isn't set in stone.
