It seems it's back on the table, HvB may choose to testify, don't ask me how? lol Galloway said as much.
Can someone explain how/if he can change his mind and testify when permission to do so after defense witnesses has been refused?
Desai told Botha that the court could make adverse inferences if he HvB testified after the defence witnesses as he could tailor his testimony. Botha understood that but still left it open that he may change his mind. Desai said the accused had been testifying first for generations in SA.
Did anyone notice the way Botha turned to Galloway when she said the above? To me he gave a look of disdain/contempt maybe. I got the impression that No he would not be testifying........??
