The car didnt seem to be speeding at all to me, just leaving at normal pace, it didnt have the sirens on or anything really, you can see it on the live, it was about 7 minutes ago.

1 cm = 0.393701 inches

So 20 cm would be = 7.87 inches

a little over 7 1/2 inches if the 20 cm is correct
