I saw a quote on another board from a news report where her sister talked to the kids and one of them said that Stacy and Dad got into a fight that morning. I haven't found quote reported in a news article yet.
Yes, I heard the sister say it, too. She had gone to the house to drop off some money collected for some school thing (really to check on her sister), but Drew wasn't there. This is what one of the boys told her. She talked to Drew a short time later and he claimed to be at home...but she said he was out of breath and she could hear other things in the background. This was between 10 and 11:30 pm, if I am not mistaken, on Sunday night right before she went to the PD. That is another thing she said...she first went to the BPD.

Wasn't this the Greta interview standing in the hallway?

I had read that they lived close by. Can you imagine how painful that was? Your husband leaves you for a younger woman and moves down the block!

From what I heard from the 3rd wife's sister last night on Greta, it sounded like the 3rd wife was handling the divorce quite well. Almost like she was glad to be rid of him. She wanted Stacey and Drew to be married before Stacey's child was born from what I understand. That's what the sister said anyway!

I know last night (Greta) I heard her sister say that she didn't have anything in her body. That led me to think they must have checked for toxins. (I could be wrong though as the sister wasn't very clear about all that.)

She also said they (don't know who they is) told her that her sister tried to breathe because of what they found in the lungs. She didn't explain it well, but it sounded like there was water where it normally wouldn't be in her lungs.

Gee, that would certainly perk my interest as a coroner!

Also, a couple days earlier, Michael Baden stated that it is extremely rare for an adult to drown in the tub. Unless they are really drunk or on drugs.

Yes - she was probably trying to breathe but he was holding her head under the water.

Thank you. Kids see and hear so much more than adults think they do.

PLUS the sister said this was not your typical bathtub. It was a smallish sauna type. You couldn't stretch out your legs, so she was questioning how her sister would have been able to slip under by herself.

Cash out of the safe? He does have a lot of toys around the house. RV, pool, new decking etc. Pretty good on a cop's salary don't you think?

This whole thing sound so fishy right back to 1999 when her mom disappeared.
Wonder if he had eyes for her when she was 15, got rid of her Mom and waited until she was 17 to go public?

Thanks, SS. Was her mother killed? Was she ever found? Is it unsolved?

They showed it in a video today and it looked to be one of the smaller garden tubs. The shape is a deep oval and it does look like it would be difficult to drown in.

The interview is here and is the most comprehensive timeline of Sunday ...

10:15 a.m. Stacy talked to Bruce Sunday morning
1:30 p.m. her sister starts calling looking for her
She calls the house and Chris (one of the kids) tells her she went to Grampas house ... she never went
11:00 p.m. she goes to the house, no cars in driveway gives Chris fundraising money and asks him if he's alone? He says yes tells her Mom & Dad got into a fight and Dad's out looking for her.

She ends up calling Drew and he wants to know where her sister is ... she left me. He's out running around looking for her. Claimed he was home, which she know wasn't true since she just left there.

She immediate goes to Downers Grove PD who tell her to go back to Bolingbrook and files a report (around midnight)

Around 2:30 a.m. she drives back by and sees both cars in the driveway. Drew claims at that time he talked to Stacy and she was fine and went on a little vacation, he got the car from the airport.

His comment makes me wonder how much he does know about her mother going missing and if there is any connection. Before he said that...I didn't suspect anything.
