Dan - wife 1 - alleged massive coronary, wife 2 - escaped with her life (and a divorce) and was afraid he’d kill her - she is still terrified of him.

***
How likely is it that his first wife, who was probably young, died of a naturally caused massive coronary?

ETA: So we have...
Wife #1 Deceased, massive coronary ETA: Not true, alive and well in California
Wife #2 Alive but terrified
Wife #3 Drowned in a bathtub
Wife #4 Missing
Wife #4 Mother missing

This is the stuff nightmares are made of!

I agree. I wonder if Drew is connected to the disappearance of Stacy's mother.

Remember the large plastic container that was talked about earlier? Remember the talk earlier that police were interested in a barrel that used to be at the Peterson home? From what I have heard, that large plastic container was a blue barrel. Drew and a friend (not Rick) were seen moving the barrel on Sun.

The Will County coroner says the cause of the 2004 death of a Bolingbrook police sergeant's former wife should have been ruled "undetermined."

Forty-year-old Kathleen Savio drown in her bathtub in March 2004.
A coroner's jury ruled the death accidental and no charges were filed.

But Coroner Patrick O'Neil tells WGN-TV that certain aspects of Savio's death have raised concerns.

Her death is being re-examined in light of recent events.

The search continues for missing Bolingbrook mother Stacy Peterson. Meanwhile, after not being seen for days, her husband, Drew Peterson, made an appearance in Joliet.

CBS 2 news partner the Naperville Sun saw Drew Peterson leaving the courthouse annex at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday. It was rumored that he would be there for grand jury proceedings but officials would not confirm that.

CBS 2 West Suburban Bureau Chief Mike Puccinelli made a trip to the coroner's office on the fourth floor of that building where Drew Peterson was spotted. An official asked that he leave. When asked if the building was a public building, the official responded, "Not today."

Officials would not confirm anything regarding that grand jury Drew Peterson reportedly attended Wednesday.

I am googling for info on Drews first wife and the container. Nothing on the first wife yet, but the below linked video states IIRC, that Drew called a friend over to his house to help him remove from a bedroom, a heavy rubbermaid container. Cadaver dogs hit on the scent of death in an upstairs bedroom and and one of the cars. This vid is from Nov 2nd and was probably already linked here. Just wanted to make sure we had it. Back to searching...

So now the coroner is backing off on the accidental death determination?

With 4th wife missing, 3rd wife's death being rechecked, 2nd wife scared of him, it sounds like LE may have a serial wife killer on their hands... perhaps it is time to recheck how wife #1 died, as well. :(

Actually, it probably should have been ruled a homicide. I don't like this dude. Way too interested in covering his own behind. I wonder how many of the deaths he oversees are guided to his funeral home?

If I recall correctly, the system was changed early this year. I think all jurisdictions should require a Coroner with a medical license and background.

From Chi Town's AMW link:

Kathleens emergency room report:

Her protection order:

Letter to Prosecutor:

Thanks Chi Town! Ok, isn't it policy or illegal, in most states, for a police officer to be on the force and own a gun if they have a protection order against them?

ETA: It was an emergency order of protection and the normal rules don't apply. It was withdrawn in agreement of both parties, in April 2002.

He's a serial killer. A cop who's a serial killer.:furious:

So far, all I can determine about wife #1 is that it was originally stated by someone on topix that she died of natural causes. Supposedly a news channel somewhere said it was from a massive coronary. So there is no official confirmation and as of now it's still a rumor. Is there anyone here that is really good at finding public records?

Suzi,

You're welcome. That letter to the prosecutor was awful.

Ok, found the name of the first wife. Her name is XXXXXX. Obtained from property records. Two sons. One of these sons is watching the kids. No children with second wife, Victoria. Funny how the only former wife with no kids is the only one left living. If XXXXXX is deceased that is.

I can't link the source here as it would break WS policy and I've been pushing that with Gretawire. So the mods may want to delete this post.

ETA: I redacted wife #1 name as she is alive and well in California.

Son Steven is watching the kids..Eric is the other son..they need searchers today!!!!! They also need help picking up tshirts for the searchers and the vinyal for the billboards

Ok, found the name of the first wife.

Great work!!! To my knowledge no one else has found it.
Are the property records available online?

ETA: Ah, I see now that someone at CourtTV has the name as well. That's okay. We need to know if she is alive or dead.

We are dealing with a very horrible sick man. I feel that he is responsible for all the death's and the missing. Every single one of them including Stacy's mother.
