Yupm she looked nice and thin. I didn't take a camera because I didn't think I would be interested and I thought they probably wouldn't be letting people take pics. Her dog even had a little pink skirt on. LOL I saw her on The View this morning and now she has her ring back on.

Star Jones gets on my last nerve, but I give her lots of credit for doing whatever it took for her to lose weight and become healthier. If having breast implant surgery makes her feel better about herself, then I am glad she had it done. She still gets on my last nerve though!! :innocent:

Star Jones Reynolds called "The View" Monday to tell co-host Meredith Vieira that reports of her near-death during breast implant surgery were greatly exaggerated.

"I did not almost die," Jones Reynolds said. "I mean there is nothing worse than sitting in a bed watching a scroll across the TV that says 'Star Jones faces death.' I went, 'Oh, my God, I did?' " Joking that she wanted to keep the show "abreast" of the situation, Jones Reynolds said she merely required a blood transfusion during the March 17 surgery at a Santa Monica hospital.

Asked by guest host Tisha Campbell-Martin if her bosom was "perky," she said: "Well, let's just put it like this: Friday was my 44th birthday, but my breasts think they're still 20."

Star Jones vs. Joy Behar:


It appears that an all-out catfight is brewomg on 'The View.' Star Jones has been in LA recovering from breast surgery, and on Monday she called in and told the girls to discount rumors that she almost died during surgery. Turning the conversation to her favorite subject -- herself -- fellow coffee-klatcher Joy Behar decided to cut Star off.


"Okay Star, that's enough about you! On to us. Bye!", Behar said. She was then cut off as she said, "Keep your perky!"


Star retaliated and was herself cut off when she told Behar, "I'm glad to see you haven't changed. Even today, you are still a bi--h."


Jones then thanked Elisabeth Hasselback and Barbara Walters for sending flowers, gestures not matched by Behar and Meredith Vieira.


Ouch!


By the way, count on two empty chairs at 'The View' come September -- Our sources say Vieira's headed over to NBC to take Katie's chair, and Star, who thinks she can be the next Oprah with her own show, is all but out the door.

I dont usually get into discussions about women in the news but you know-I have never liked her-she thot she was beautiful when she was large..wrote a book then about not changing anything when u are bigger..I dont blame women for their weight- I dont like judging them about it..so its not her weight gain or loss that makes me not like her..I dont like how self important she is..she si a legend in her own mind.
I feel badly for the larger women who got solace from her when she celebrated her "largeness:..and then when speaking of it now acts like she was in denial about it and has the opposite opinion.
I think its great for anyone to be healthy - small or larger-health matters..

Even though I was UGH "starstruck" when I saw her at Sam's, bought her book and got her to sign it I still can't sand the woman. I don't like Joy either. The show would be better off without both of them. I'm suprised Barbara has let this go on so long.
