State Prefixes for threads

I just added the states as prefixes. So, when start a new thread be sure to pick the appropriate state prefix from the drop down menu. Hoppy said it would be hlepful to be able to sort by state, so now you can sort by state using the prefix filter!

Please put the state in the title also as you have been doing. If the prefix changes in the future, we still have the state visible.

No go ahead and change it to the correct one. We will have all the missing with the state prefixes.
That is why I thought we should go ahead and leave the state in the title as well.That way when you change the prefix to FOUND it will still have the state in the title. KWIM?
