I love visuals and this one is good.

Sorry if it has been posted before!

Jodi Arias Killing Timeline - YouTube

I love visuals too.
Yikes, I almost felt like I was there in the "true" enactment.
As we are nearing the end of this trial, it's time to get
back to exactly what Jodi planned and carried out against Travis.
She did THAT! Is she human?

Earlier today, I replied to this deeply offensive and inhumane post with a simple statement: "I can't believe you said this." My post has since disappeared, but this one remains.

It is extremely difficult for me to understand the judgement involved in this decision. The very IDEA of a sentient person being harvested, before death and against his will, deserves an outraged response, and mine was, I think, rather tame. Therefore, my response should have remained, at least, as one of the voices of opposition and disapproval. A civilized society, one which does not allow cruel and unusual punishments, is not an abstraction--it is ongoing dialogue between real people. That includes discussion boards such as this.

Thank you. This is a very important free speech issue. I received a timeout for saying that boycotts are better public expression than pitchforks and torches. Somehow the mods felt that this was pointed at Laviolette, as in encouraging people to boycott her.

It's the first time I have ever been banned anywhere and I was very surprised. What could be more important than discussing the power of the internet on the internet? Right now is when we're deciding what we're going to let the web be used for and if we can't have public discussions about these matters, then it is left to our elected officials.

If you think they are responsive to public opinion, think gun control. We need the internet not only to decide what to believe, but to organize and use our power as voters and consumers for the issues we care about.

Organ donation is an issue which should be talked about openly. Same with animal cruelty. Open public discussion, SUNLIGHT, is what keeps a society healthy and honest.

Why do think it is inhumane?

I'm confused.

O/T~ I followed the CA trial but not from the beginning.

One thing that always bugged me was who was the father of Caylee, because she sure looked alot like Mr. Anthony.

Of course she looked like Mr Anthony---she was his granddaughter!

By the way, LE checked both his and Lee's DNA---neither were Caylee's Father.

I posted this earlier -- but will post again for those that may have missed it.

I agree with your view as to how i ALSO believe it happened.

One thing, I do not believe there was fight over dropping the camera, I think JA just started to stab him. MOO

That is very helpful

Yes, absolutely. Her posting comments logged in as him on her MySpace pretty much aligns with the Jodi I know.

No wonder why he was pizzed. That probably was the reason he was mad because she also sent emails using his email address!

When she showed up at 4am on Jun4, I can totally see her apologizing and using her spell to "guilt him in" to letting her stay for the night so she can rest up. Since Travis is so giving, he let her in.

Since she had his passwords to Facebook and MySpace, I look at all the posts with a suspicious eye.

She hacked his personal network sites and that was part of the last very bad fight. He realized she did that. So I can't tell what he posted and what she posted pretending to be him?

After he died during those few days, or really that day or the next, she had the ability to go into his MySpace and Facebook and Edit a comment from any week prior, and he was dead, so who is he to argue? I have a feeling she did that after he died... sick, just sick

I trust Juan to win justice for Travis. He is the perfect voice for the victim. I am NOT worried at all about the verdict here. There is NOTHING her defense team can do to negate the horrible death she inficted on this man. NOTHING.

There's a special place in he// waiting for her. Put it on your 1,000 places plan Jodi. It's likely the last place you'll be able to check off your list.

ITA but isn't the dragging pic taken in the bathroom?

It's obvious that the amount of running blood from his neck down his back and pooling on the carpet that his throat was slit at that point. His head and arm being up off the floor is likely because this photo was taken just at the point of her slitting his throat. I believe his head is up off the floor while he was having his throat slit because he was already unconscious at that time or nearly so, and Jodi was holding his head still by his hair in order to cut his throat. I would think in cutting someone's throat one would need to hold their head still if they were unconcious or nearly so or the neck would tend to roll around in the same direction as the knife cutting. Also, in order to slice someone throat while they are on their side with their head on the ground the head would need to be lifted up so that the ground wasn't in the way of the tip section of the knife.

Of course the ME is correct that Travis would not have been able to hold up his own head after the throat cutting especially since it was such a deep wound that it went all the way through to his spinal column. Given the amount of blood running down over his shoulder and pooling on the carpet though indicates that his throat had either just been cut or was in the process of being cut when that photo was taken, and his head is still up off the floor because Jodi had grabbed him by the hair and lifted it off the floor in order to hold his head still and allow room for the tip area of the knife whithout the floor being in the way of it.

His arm being up in that photo could be because it was resting against the wall being held in that position without his own effort or that the photo was taken just as his throat was in the process of being cut and he was concious at that moment and attempting to stop the knife. I really think that he was not concious or very nearly unconcious while his throat was being slit and just hate the idea that he might have still have been conscious then and enough so that he was aware of what was happening and could feel it. I really hope that at that moment he was entirely unconscious and was not aware or could feel his throat being sliced and that his arm was held up either because of a convulsion or it was resting against the wall in that position all on its own accord.

In any case, the blood from the neck flowing down over his shoulder is proof enough that his throat had either just been slit or was in the process to a point where all that blood had the time to flow out and all the way down his shoulder to start pooling on the floor. I don't believe that in either case he was holding up his head through his own effort though, and Jodi was holding it up herself to accomplish the throat slitting to keep his head still and up off the floor, and the photo was taken just before she dropped his head back down. It is so terribly chilling that this photo just happened to have been taken either just as she completed cutting his throat or was far enough in the process of doing it to have all that blood flow.

Of all the times during the process of her stabbing him, his crawling down the hall while still being stabbed, etc. that this photo happened to have been taken at the very moment of his throat being cut is just so ironic and so chilling. I like to think that some higher power had a hand in that so that this very moment could be preserved for the world to see the true evil of the vile person that did such a foul deed. And I truly do hope that such a higher power also rendered Travis unconcious at that moment so that he would have been unaware of what was happening and unable to feel it.

Jodi was under the impression "the babysitter" was going and not Mimi. Apparently, Travis her "the babysitter" was going.

Jodi hacked his accounts and found out who he was taking (Mimi), and it was not her.

Motive?

Another reason for motive......posted on May 31, 2008 to Travis from Mimi? - could it be this is when Arias realized she's not going?

It's on first week of June!

(note: this was originally the last post to Travis on his MySpace - you won't see it now, it's not there, but was on the date she posted it. The last post currently on his page is from sis Tanisha but Marie's was actually the last post)

Nothing offensive about that person's opinion. If she's going to be put to death, it makes sense if you look at it without emotion.

I took the day off from thinking about the trial and took DD #1 out grocery shopping. I went all out and bought almost $400 in groceries. I also bought a cute little hat and socks set for DD #2 who is expecting my first granddaughter in September. I feel somewhat refreshed and less anxious now.

I know we all want justice for Travis. I'm sick of defense by unproven lies and innuendo's. I'm hoping finding justice with this trial will restore my faith in our justice system somewhat. I signed a petition for a new law "Create Travis Alexander's Law: Stop Allowing Highly Prejudicial Claims Against Murder Victims Without Evidence". I won't provide a link because I'm not soliciting for it. Just stating I signed it. I'm not sure the petition will do a damn thing other than make me feel like I've made an effort.

I'm so glad I have WS community to turn to with this trial. Thank you all for sharing here.

ITA - I received a 48+ hr ban for something I deemed to be absolutely nothing. The subjective nature of it, especially when I see things discussed that are far more egregious on a constant basis - really reeks.

Almost makes a person afraid to post, when they shouldn't feel that way.

Where's the Appeal button?

:seeya: Thanks... I believe awhile back TruthDetector put this one up.

It gives visual of the layout. There is no way that Jodi ran down the hall and into the closet with Travis chasing her.

Presuming he chased her, he would of taken the entrance of the closet from the bathroom.

With the wonderful 3D that The Village Idiot posted, as well as some of the youtube videos, it is really hard to believe Jodi's story AT ALL, not that I ever did in the first place!!!

Thanks to all the wonderfully talented people who make all these for us to review - this is such a great place to be for all the tools, videos and camaraderie - the trial wouldn't have been the same with WS!!!

Great video... gave me the chills up and down my spine.

I know deep down in heart and soul, that Jodi will pay for this.

I wish they had the guillotine back...
