I just realized something ALV actually subscribed to a magazine for Jodi!???

Ya know, I really have to wonder. Did JA think that phone would never be found? She hid it in a car. She didn't throw it away or anything.

The phone pictures prove so much more of her many lies. I hope after it is all said and done, the jurors speak out about which evidence they felt sealed the deal or made them think there was premeditation.

And yes, I know it can go either way and the jurors find a lesser verdict, but honestly I am remaining optomistic that they see it our way. I just don't know if it will be DP or LWOP. Either way, I am confident it is M1 IMHO.

Someone will correct me in I'm wrong but I believe she attached the phone to the engine block of her grandfather's truck since he no longer drove. It was well hidden and only found two years later (aunt) when selling the truck.

If the gas stations are the same as here, I think the transaction is closed when you let go of the handle to stop the stream of gasoline and change the gas can you're filling. But I don't know for sure.

No, I have filled multiple gas cans on only one transation, just line them up and move nozzle from gas can to gas can, only when you put the nozzle into the "nozzle hand set ? or whatever it is called" is the transaction ended. Like I said, Jodi - no common sense. She really overcompicates the simplest of things, especially her grandiose testimony. It should have been done in about 5 days max, very redundant and embellished.

I mentioned this the other day after Deanna testified. It really hit home for me how much ALV lied...

I was so angry Thursday after Deanna testified and revealed what TA referenced as "abhorrent" behavior was nothing more than him feeling bad that after dating her for so long he didn't want to marry her.

ALV was challenged several times about relying solely on JA's word about abuse...she kept insisting, "no I didn't do that even his friends knew," and would bring up that email.

Instead of hanging her head in shame over such a blatant disregard for the truth she gets her friend involved to help perpetrate these lies. She's as much of a narcissist as JA!!!!!!!!!

$300/hour assuages much shame, especially to someone who boasts to the jury of an under-performing retirement account.

so Arizona news stations have confirmed that Juror #8 was kicked off due to a DUI arrest last Saturday.

of all times to get a DUI......it's like the ultimate double whammy.

Well good luck with that Jodi, by now the whole world has seen the mom's interview with Flores, and we all know she kicked, slapped, yelled at her mom and they have a very "troubled" and complicated relationship. If Mom testifies the only thing it will show is that the apple doesn't fall far from the tree because it would be all lies.

Psychopaths/pathological liar are pretty much the bigger reason polygraphs are useless IMO, the most dangerous perps out there can pass them because they aren't "normal" not because they are honest! Moo! I would be surprised JA failed a polygraph because she is so empty I'd be shocked if she had physiologic responses to her lies. I want to know if the polygraph asked about the gas cans because we know the absolute truth on that!
