5 books and a magazine subscription and then JW's lame "I guess I'll get this out of the way now, do you have a memory problem?" God, she's starting to annoy me as much as Jodi does.

Starting to? :floorlaugh: You're a very kind person!

nor did anyone else and that was the point. He definitely had a method to dealing with her. Ask a totally out of left field question to throw her off her game, then he would jump around to make it harder for her to keep her lies straight. That's why she would get so mad-she couldn't follow him-her brain got all "scrambled"-helped to put the gun in a holster, no, a box, no, just on the shelf....

IMO, sometimes I think he was strictly playing with her.. tossing things out she is not expecting to throw her off her stride. I noticed him do that a lot. Distracts psycho babble.

Don't know if this has been posted yet...prepare to be PIZZED

Jodi speaks from prison ( demented she is )#JodiArias

Taken from the Jodi Arias is Innocent page on facebook:

I wish Travis didn't have to die. I wish the events of June 4th didn't happen but they did. I don't approve of some of the stuff Travis did, but I still love him as a human being. I do hope also he is at peace, but it shouldn't be at the cost of taking another life in the process to achieve that peace. There are other ways Travis can find peace.
This was written by the admitted killer? Love ? Right. There is no love in the equation of that vicious murder. She hated TA.

Maghribia, I think yours is the best intro I've ever seen. Please don't return to lurkerdom.

Now this was in the beginning, I remember reading that the mom tried to get National Inquirer to print (forged) letters of TA admitting to being a pedophile or something like that. I wouldn't be too surprised to hear that the mom believes her story. And grandma was wearing a "Domestic violence" ribbon in court.

I think Grandma is a very sad lady. Out of all the Arias women, she shows the most distress to me :twocents:

Could be that working overtime when it's a continuation of a work day is different than asking people to come in and work on their days off?

Or is it more a matter of choices and priorities?

I doubt that taxpayers would be footing a headcount rate greater than $300/hour per, if you take my meaning.

Perhaps JSKS and Sheriff Joe are willing to arrange this 'one-time' occurrence, but not over weekends.

Oh, man, the unmitigated DELIGHT on JA's face when she was putting on make-up and being interviewed was a freak-out! You'd think she would at least look worried, since she took pictures of the crime, and it was obvious that she did it, and it certainly wasn't in self-defense.

But being the center of attention makes Little Missy SO very happy. She doesn't care what the reason is, as long as people are paying attention to her. I pray to God that her mind will be healed from such a deep sickness.

Exactly! Doesn't this just scream "LOW SELF ESTEEM" and lack of confidence? (sarcasm)
She loves and thrives on attention. Low self esteem my arse :stormingmad:

That facebook page makes me think Jodi knows she's about to be found guilty. She's already started the campaign to save her life.

Watching an interview with Judge Strickland (KC's first Judge). I have great respect for him. He says it was sickening to watch the post-verdict celebration. He says Baez was very gracious but the rest of them were over the top. He mentions Dorothy Simms dancing in front of the media which brings me to my point.

Why is there a lawyer like Dorothy Sims on pretty much every high profile case? In this trial we have that Defense woman who wears the gaudy jewellery? Why do we have them touching, almost cuddling, sweet-talking with female defendants? If there are folks who are interested in psychological stuff then these are the women to study. It really makes me sick and makes me wonder what is going on in their minds and lives for them to behave in the way they do. I think this jury is well aware of the inappropriate touching that goes on with JA and her team and they would love to ask questions about it if they could!

BBM! :floorlaugh: LOL!

I would bet those questions were asked but objected to due to attorney client privledges...

Grandma looks like she has had a hard life.

I feel for Grandma, but a part of me does not. It's natural to feel for her, she is elderly and seems distressed. However, why is she suddenly there? Why now with some of the more gruesome parts of the trial?

I really don't know anything about her. Her age means nothing, I have to keep telling myself that. I question if her distress is for what JA did or is it because she believes JA to be innocent and the distress is for JA and herself?

For all I know, she could be very similar to JA. Sorry if that comes off as harsh, but I question her presence.

Well, I really do have to go make good use of my Sunday. Have a great day!!

That is definitely what it sounds like. She's sticking to that story though!

Guhmorning, kids!

Had WS withdrawal after not being here at all yesterday. I'm never letting that happen again.

I missssssssed you all! :D

About withdrawal: Those of us who have followed this case intensely are going to be in need of some serious rehab when the trial ends :scared:

Some will likely move on to another case - even though they've sworn that they won't :blushing:

Some will continue to go over every detail of the Jodi Arias case, re-watch testimony, read every thread about the case that's posted on Websleuths, including accompanying media articles and video :deadhorse:

Some will slowly return to their everyday lives but continue to read/post on the Jodi Arias board because they can't resist knowing every detail about what transpires when the trial ends :trainwreck:

Some might be able to quit cold :turkey:

Some will be waiting for Juan Martinez' book about prosecuting Jodi Arias :juanettes:

$300/hour assuages much shame, especially to someone who boasts to the jury of an under-performing retirement account.

Omg for real???? I missed that. LOL when she said this, I can't imagine what the jurors thought. Admitting to money issues and then disclosing she's getting $300/hour for her testimony! Can you say........

"Secondary gain?"

I typed national geographic instead of national inquirer, lol.
I hope you're right.
I'd learn to live with LWOP but I want the DP for this egomaniac evil psycho.

LOL...I saw that but figured we all knew what you meant!!

I hope the defendant has a real meltdown before this whole thing ends.:fence:

She passed a polygraph? For real?

IIRC, during her interview with Det. Flores she bluffed, halfheartedly offering to take one.

But when Det. Flores offered it she asked if it could help her and then instead of agreeing to take it she called him "weird".

I know, I know.

Bizarre to us, but SOP for JA.

I don't have a problem with Jodi getting the death penalty but I can understand her mom not wanting that. I don't think this would be a testimony as much as it would be a plea. I don't think much of a killer but I didn't give birth to her. I'm not going to fault her mom for speaking for her. JMO
