What I want to know is what happened between may 26 and the day she left town to go kill him. Texts, emails, calls, etc. she must have called him 500 times, if nothing else.

There's so much they kept out!! I want to see it!

I wonder if she played the "phone sex" call back to him? IMO he knew NOTHING about that being recorded. Could that be the betrayal he accused her of?

Thanks for clearing that up for me. So in essence he didn't believe the self-defense claim once he realized, in court, that she admitted that she murderered TA. Makes sense now.

No, I believe it was the intruder story he stopped believing in court and after, as he was watching the trial. Here, this will help explain it better because I think I'm just being confusing, lol...

If you can find one, I'd LOVE to see it, web address or otherwise. My brother's, then 2 1/2 year old, son was raped by a married LDS male member KNOWN to be a pedophile by the bishopric in his ward in 1993. The bishopric had even given the Mission President a "heads up" that this "guy" was "sketchy". When my brother took his son to the Emergency room TO GET STITCHED UP, the police where going to arrest my brother. This "guy" and his wife babysat kids up and down the street my brother and his family lived on.
This "guy" did time, only because the Prosecutor "mis-spoke" when discussing the charges and he confessed.

Of course, a prosecutor is going to tell you, if you LIE on the stand, he will charge you with perjury. It is not a threat, it's the truth. Since the pedophile letters were proven to be forged and not used at trial, there is no issue here for an appeal.

I just pulled up a 48 hours about a woman who stabbed her husband, and at the very beginning of the video (first two minutes), she's explaining self defense. Guess what she says that her husband said to her before she stabbed him?

Tonight on Dr Drew Sky Hughes was talking about an email Jodi showed Travis. It was before Jodi moved to Mesa. The email was to Jodi from a "stalker" who told her how wonderful she was, how beautiful she was, how Travis didn't deserve her, etc. It also stated that he was always watching her and Travis was too far away to protect her.
Travis showed the email to Sky and she laughed. Travis was upset and said it wasn't something to laugh at and he was concerned about Jodi's safety.
Sky told Travis point blank - Jodi wrote that email and made the whole story up. She wants you to be concerned about her safety and ask her to move to Mesa.

Maybe this is the email from the "mystery man" that Travis was talking about in that email to Jodi? (the one posted earlier that talks about her comment to Danny Jones also)

your right, guess she got the year mixed up when she forged them. Don't know who they were supposedly written to.

Remember these letters came out in 2010, she was planning her self defense case by then. She had plenty of time to think this crap up and forge the letters.

I would bet money the idea came from J Freeman and his struggles.

It would be possible to lift fingerprint from these letters wouldn't it? Probably the main reason they decided to leave them out!

I agree, that they were forged. I doubt the DT would let an opportunity pass to paint off TA as a pedophile.

Fair enough. I respect your opinion. I was not raised to air family matters in public. That is all.

A will is public information. Anyone can go to the court and get a copy. It is not a private family matter. If one wants their estate to be private, then it would be better to use a trust instead.

Whoa! Now, that makes sense! And those emails that TA's friends (who were girls he hung out with or dated) were getting with all the "whoredom" nonsense........JA was quite the little "emailer". It just gets sicker and sicker.:stormingmad:
