I agree with you, then why did she just snap the pics and leave on Jun4, then expose him while in Cancun.

Not sure what you mean. I was thinking this threat she made was what angered and hurt TA so deeply (May 26 text). Then when she realized there was no chance he would ever entertain the thought of forgiving her, she planned to kill him instead of letting someone else have him.

She sneaked into the house at 4:00am maybe hiding out or even leaving to sleep in her car until she could see he was alone on the 4th. Once he got in the shower, she walked in with his camera insisting he let her take the pics, pointing the gun or knife at him (or maybe at her own throat threatening suicide?) saying, you won't talk to me so I'm here to talk in person, are you really surprised??? A little "I will NOT be ignored, Travis" ala Glenn Close, Fatal Attraction. Maybe he just went along with the pics for 2 minutes while realizing how much crazy was standing in front of him and that's how she was able to even snap those pics- some sick surprise photo session where he tried to appease her rather than escalate her.

Apparently I'm ignorant and can't link a Youtube video here. Anyway....if you go to Youtube and search for "A tribute to Travis and the Alexander Family." It's a song by Kenny Chesney and it's a compilation of his photos to a great song. We played this song a few years ago at my cousin's funeral :(

Were the .25 calibur bullets found at Jodi's mom's house the same brand as the .25 calibur cartridge found at the crime scene?
(There's speculation that Jodi stole a box of .25 cal bullets from grandpa, along w/ gun and stashed box of bullets at mom's house.)

Your original post was quite honorable and heart warming. I saw nothing wrong with it. I have a strong sense that the Hughes' are caring, loving people and they were Travis's true friends. I, for one, am glad they have you for a friend at this time since this trial has seemed to cause quite a lot of havoc in peoples lives. I want justice for Travis and I want to see his good reputation restored from this vile and evil person JA.

Good post. Although some may or may not think chris & Sky handled things properly, I think they did what they thought at the time was the best thing they could do. I'm one who believes there is not one amongst us that hasn't ever used the phrase "If only I had" at least once in their life. Glass houses, cast the first stone and all that ....

I almost didn't come back tonight as it seemed the poison that is JA has seeped in through the cracks and infected these forums where we all once could agree to disagree. It's sad to come in here and see in-fighting when we are all suppose to be here for the common good. :twocents: If we allow that to happen, JA wins another small battle as I see it. :moo:

Yeah sorry, I got it wrong actually. You were pretty much right - though there were two episodes in the same story. I just saw on HLN's site - Dr Drew - there's an interview with Chris Hughes and he explains it fairly clearly.

Basically it was pretty much how you remembered: Jodi went to sleep down stairs and the Hughes' asked Travis to come up stairs and talk to them. They talked a fair bit about Jodi and then Skye motioned that she thought Jodi was outside, and within a few seconds, Jodi came in and asked if everything was alright.

Then Travis said everything is fine and he would be downstairs in a bit. They continued talking (for about 45 mins to an hour) and Skye said (silently, making gestures to that effect) that she thought Jodi was outside... again.

It was then that Travis got up went to the door, and opened the door to Jodi facing them with the scaryface that the Hughes had previously mentioned...

Okay, slightly different. I still think the 3 were rude for continuing to talk for 45 minutes to an hour, leaving her as the only person in the house not in on a talk--especially since she was a guest.

I don't know what people will think of me, but I would have listened a moment or did something to try to ascertain that I wasn't about to walk in on all kinds of "awkward!" and then I would have knocked on the door and announced my presence. I'd find it very odd that they wouldn't invite me into the conversation, and whenever Travis returned to me, I would have expressed my total displeasure of everyone leaving me alone in a house that's not mine and I'm a guest in so they could talk privately in a room, and then when everyone saw that I was awake, they continued to ostracize me from the conversation for another hour.

Using your post as a jumping off point, is this the same night that Travis allegedly snuck into JA's room and forced himself on her? I think that was earlier, if anyone can clarify please. Secondly, I doubt C&S put them up in the same room, which is probably why Travis said he would be down later to say goodnight to her. If Travis and JA had seperate rooms, how did she know Travis was still talking to C&S when she went stalking at the doorway?

If she wrote 2007 on them, then that's the first clue to forgery. It's probably why they got withdrawn. They couldn't be written to her because she didn't "find out" until a year later. I don't even think she could argue that 21 days into January, he was still accidentally writing 2007. If they weren't written to her, how in the world could she explain MM getting his hands on them?

No idea how MM got involved, but he did..

Will be so glad when this trial is over..So many lies...

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR @ my Trial-Based-Insomnia :ohwow::ohwow::ohwow::ohwow:
CALGON take me AWAY!!

Possibly the most ridiculous question ever asked by an attorney in court: "So if somebody's not alive you can't get any information from them?" JW

Didn't JB ask that Yuri (cop from FCA trial) some stupid question, similar to the one above, that related to FCA committing suicide?

Yes, I think that probably earlier. But I'm not sure. I think they went there a fair bit in the early days of their relationship.

As to whether they were allocated separate or shared sleeping arrangements, I have no idea. In the HLN interview I mentioned, Chris says "she was down there in a different bedroom". I think you could take that either way, that is, she was in a different bedroom from where they were having the discussion, or she was downstairs in her own bedroom.

I don't think it matters hugely in the end though.

I don't feel it's unnatural to go looking for your boyfriend through the house if you didn't share a room. Maybe she was restless and wanted to see if he wanted to talk. Maybe she'd been waiting up for him to sneak in and he hadn't, so she decided to go sneak in his bed. Chris and Skye weren't her friends, and the house may not have been familiar or comfortable to her. I think it's unfair to say she had to stay in her room the whole night.

She could have been hungry, wanted some food and noticed Travis wasn't in his room. I mean, who knows. I don't think she purposely set out to sneak and eavesdrop outside that bedroom the first time she went up there, but the second time, she probably sensed they were talking about her--and she was right, so....how comfortable would any of us be in that situation?

Again, not defending her on the murder. Not defending her on 90% of what she did, but Jodi's wrongs don't make other people's behavior beyond reproach.

He kept her locked in the basement........ lol Didn't Norman Bates live in a basement? "YES MOTHER"

Haha, I've been watching the TV show Bates Motel, it's a prequel to the movie. The mother is nuts and of course so is Norman. And all the time I'm watching, I'm always thinking these people remind me so much of Jodi, with their manipulations and duplicity, and I'm mentally checking off all the criteria for the BPD diagnosis. This case has ruined me.

If we are to believe the 30 year old virgin fascade and the lifestyle I assume C&S lived, I could not see tham bunking them together in the same room I guess was my point. and if they weren't in the same room, JA would have no knowledge if Travis was still in conversation with them unless she went into Travis' room, or to snoop at C&S's door.

I agree it's not a big deal, other than it shows her intent and actions that night.
