That's right Doc, you don't take one test and diagnose a person, you INTERVIEW them too.

 :floorlaugh:
Just a little useless trivia to stimulate your brains...

A few minutes ago, HLN posted the following piece of information at the bottom of a screen shot of Dr. G:
"Witness has been a practicing PHYSCHOLOGIST for 33 years."

I'm not sure what a "physchologist" is, but it sounds impressive, doesn't it? :drumroll:

Reality Check, IMO, the state has succeeded in showing the jury that Travis was not abusive, was not a pedo, and that jodi IS abusive, lies, did not kill Travis in self-defense and so on ......at this time this guys testimony is a day late and a dollar short. What he is saying is not going to jive with how jurors perceive this case at this point MOO, it is just too opposite of what I believe has been proven to the jury and I DO believe that the jury gets the prosecutions case

I hope the jurors see her turning around and taking a l o n g look at the gallery. She's on the edge today....

fear - not in the clinical range to contribute to the working hypothesis.

inconsistent findings would indicate a problem. That is what diagnostic assessment i. Viewing it like jigsaw puzzle. Need all teh pieces of puzzle to fit together.

Point is that Dr. D should not be throwing out any pieces of the puzzle.

So basically, Jodi has been in a fog, her WHOLE life? Got it! Lol...

Geffner says there's no such thing as a floating profile.

He implies that JA was not smart enough to fool the tests' validity detection mechanisms.

I wonder, were her scores so high in some areas, and low in others, because she was able to manipulate the test?

And Geffner is so biased as to the 'perfect integrity' of the tests that he cannot allow for a master manipulator such as Jodi.

Having fooled mercenaries such as Samuels and ALV, JA has now sucked in Geffner.

Reason?

These 'experts' so trust the tests that they cannot suspect the respondent of rigging the results.

Wrong!

And now, he's giving the jury false information, perhaps doing so unintentionally.

I would like to know his personal opinion regarding the death penalty.

Dr. G is not saying that JA has PTSD. Says clinical findings indicate it is an area to look at but would be remiss in diagnosing from one test.

But he's pointing in that direction.

Perhaps, because ALV did so poorly on the stand, the DT convinced her to share some of her $300/hr earnings with Dr. G, who is not getting paid.

This guy isn't getting paid? Is he being blackmailed?

He gets really mad when he is interrupted.

  • #1,094
He nailed himself and his own testimony when he said further information would be needed for a diagnosis like interviews. Just what Dr. D did to provide her assessment.

Definitely clear that this has been, without a doubt, the most boring testimony thusfar. I hereby proclaim it Most Pointless and Boring Event of the Trial.

Wild About Trial @WildAboutTrial
Judge said we are going to take a break in about 5 minutes. Dr. G needs to mark up the scales rather than point on the screen. #JodiArias

I don't see any note taking from the jurors at the moment. #JodiArias

Juan takes notes and flips through the pages of scales as Dr. G continues on. #JodiArias

I'm alittle late getting here, so I have a few questions. Did court start on time? Is this witness another DT expert? If so, when did he speak/test JA Thanks :-)

No ... Yes ... No speak to JA ...

HTH !

I took the MMPI test twice...

The reason..

I was terminated while I was out on disability for multiple sclerosis and I sued...

I passed and won the lawsuit.

500 yes or no questions (Examples) Have you ever stolen anything.....Do you like to read hunting magazines....Do you feel like bugs are crawling on you...Have you ever considered suicide...Ever been depressed....etc
