This is where the Judge should step in. He is supposed to testify in a very limited scope. That was the agreement. A Time Limit should have been given but apparently not, as I said before this Def Team can be expected to keep running out the Clock, until/unless the Judge says something

I wish the Judge would read here and take some of the great ideas posted and implement them as well as follow law guidelines....this goes for all Judges.

Well, isn't this a waste of time .. If Nurmi and Wilmott had prepared properly and hadn't spent so much time making up bad stories about Travis and coaching Jodi to make them sound plausible maybe they would have had time to, you know, look at actual evidence and come up with witnesses to minimise it.

This 'day late, dollar short' witness just smacks of so much disorganisation and desperation by the DT.
