It drives me crazy the way JW always has to pat herself on the back every time she gets an answer she likes.

I know, right? She even verbalizes it by saying "Ok. Great!" :banghead:

Ok, forget sending out for pizza. The way JW keeps digging, everyone should be getting Chinese food in a few more minutes.

Hair: I think it's getting oily, just an observation.

JW is huffing and puffing. :floorlaugh:

JW breaking a sweat - her fluffy hair has gone flat lol - digging her client deeper into her void.

She is trying, and failing each time.

The tiger and bear hypo is BS. There is a HUGE difference between possibly being confused in what you are attacked BY, and being THE ATTACKER. Pretty easy.

  • #2,251
So. Here's my take on the tiger/bear controversy. It took me awhile to sort it out, but now I get it. I think. If you got attacked by a bear, the sight of a tiger would not trigger PTSD. So that's why they ARE different in terms of the triggering traumatic event. Does that make sense?

By George, you've got it! Kudos!

Now I realize why JM got her in at the end. She is amazing. Standing ovation for this credible witness with the charming accent...:blushing:

Straight back to the lion .. I mean gopher!!!! Love you Juan.

Dr. Horn is supposed to read the transcribed report, check for accuracy and then sign it. IMO, he was sloppy.

Yes, he made a mistake. Well, one prosecution witness with a mistake. Let's count the defense's mistakes - intentional and unintentional...1, 2, 3...nevermind, I am way too tired for that.

  • #2,258
Let's concentrate on the lying. I like that much better than tigers and bears.

But then we'd be looking at the iceberg and not the chairs! :floorlaugh:

With all due respect to psychologists - and your education and training and hands-on experience - psychology is not an exact science. Mathematics is - 2+2=4 will always be true no matter what expert witness you bring to court; psychology deals with probabilities, perhaps, and maybes. Do not be fooled by any of this testimony. The only definite, and measurable, proof in this case is 20-some stab wounds, a neck slit ear-to-ear and a gunshot wound. What else do you have to focus on?
