My POV on the ME's typo:

If you believe the State has proven premeditation (as I do), then whether Jodi stabbed him in the back or the chest or shot him FIRST...it doesn't matter.

Secondly, whatever the sequence was, the throat wound alone was heinous and overkill even if you come to the conclusion that Travis was not incapacitated after she inflicted the initial wound. Although Travis certainly had a right to defend himself (if you believe he was not incapacitated), her lack of injuries indicate otherwise.

I believe this jury will come to this conclusion.

P.S. Don't forget Dr. Horn testifying to two holes in the skull...
