Now won't it be damning if the LTF witness says he/she caught Brad trying to swipe Nancy's card, but they stopped him?

Undercover officer: When body found, Brad said "It can't be her, it just can't be." Officer says: "He did not seem sincere." #coopertrial
I would really like more information about this. Did he go to the gym, did he inquire whether she was at the gym, was he given conflicting information, did he try to use the card, what would be the point of swiping her card if no one could place her at the gym ...?

wral Undercover officer: Brad clutched his hair & said Nancy would never run down Holly Springs Road. He asked about sidewalks. #coopertrial
My guess would be that it would be similar to those eye witnesses that claim to have seen her jogging that morning. All they would need is one person to say, "Yeah. I do remember seeing her here that morning."
Bingo. IMO.That's interesting ... if Brad put her there, was he saying that she wouldn't run there to direct police into thinking she was abducted, or was he truly shocked that she was there?
Killers always seem to miss a few details, no? I guess that's why perfect murders rarely happen.Good point, but the place is covered with cameras and the computer entry systems too.
