The burden of proof in a court of law <NOT a message board> is beyond a reasonable doubt. Not beyond ANY doubt. If there was a video of Brad disposing of Nancys body, you would probably even question that, IMO.

No I wouldn't. And I was wondering how this proves it to you.

Can you explain why you think it proves he was at the dump site prior when she only collected samples from 3 locations and not even all the areas he searched (not to mention where he used them while running)?

She is explaining right now HOW/WHY the white mica is important. They are CHEMICALLY DISTINCT. Brad had a distinct white mica on his shoes, matched to the location his wifes body was found. She also testified she collected samples from all over NC.

Apparently it didn't stop someone (BRAD, IMO) from moving her body and getting it to where it was found.

I can only relate personal experience in moving a dead dog. Extremely large, 120 lb plus dog, was alive at lunch time, around 1:00 p.m. Was found deceased at 5:00 pm., inside the house. By the time we moved his body, it was around 8:00 pm. Did not notice any noticable rigor having set in yet. It was also summer time, dog was inside air-conditioned home the entire time. I sat in the back of and SUV, seats down, flat back of the vehicle, holding his head and upper torso in my arms while we were driven to the vets office. So I think I would have noticed, had it been difficult to manipulate his head, neck, upper torso, into my arms to cradle him as we drove. He was definitely deceased by no later than 5:00 pm. though. I was cradling him for *my* comfort, not his.

You're right, it was an automatic typo. I'm so accustomed to him. Trenkle did a good job with the witness and I still think she is one of the most credible the state has present thusfar.
