Hi again, cody ... didn't BC buy the necklace in '07? Well before he admitted to NC early '08 about the affair - which is when their relationship really went pear-shaped and downhill fast? The acrimonious atmosphere escalated after that. That's when the hectic financial issues really got heated - and BC became abusive, IMO.

I do agree with less0305 - BC didn't give a continental hoot about NC, but he sure as h*ck wanted that necklace back.

Just sayin ...

Hey Annie. I really don't remember the dates. It does seem that the relationship caused things to go downhill. I found that strange since she had had her own relationship (s). But, in any case, I nor you have any knowledge over what he thought or didn't think about NC so I am not going there. And from my observations, NC was also an abuser so I guess we can agree to disagree on this and apparently lot of other things. And, that is ok too.

Don't know *who* , just not this guy. :( When the judge said 'we couldn't record this guy', the pros. said 'no, *this* one is okay'...... leaving the speculation that there would be one we *couldn't*.

Undercover perhaps, which was why Dismukes was blacked out.

Daniels is the blackout on this? That sucks.

I thought Cummings said he wanted 2 witnesses blocked do to undercover....he said CPD and FBI at the time.

Where did you hear Daniels?

This gentleman witness gives me hope that I may, one day, learn how to use my computer, cell phone and netbook. I'm impressed that somebody his age is 'into' all of the cell phone, computer, and high tech stuff.

BC is still busy writing, writing, writing. It must be a book, and I'll wager its title will be, "Adventures of Brad, The Sequel -- If I Did It." Best seller?

Quite understand and yip, agree to disagree is OK by me. Think everyone knows N & BC's relationship was akin to atom-bomb proportions; the hatred most apparent. Nevertheless, BC allowed NC to purchase the pendant in '07, I'm sure. By the time they reached July 08 - BC wanted it back, big time.

Kinda reminds me of the Peterson's and those darn Tiffany Lamps and the clearing out of Laci's home .... shoooo. LOL. Thanks for your response all the same.
