Det. Daniels: Brad said he slept in bed w/ daughters July 11. Family said that wasn't normal. It appeared he slept in his bed. #coopertrial

---------------
But the Family lived in Canada and weren't typically at the home, and his room and bed was such a mess he could have not slept in it in a week and it still would have looked slept in.

Somebody turned those sheets yellow and drooled alllllllllll over those pillowcases. <shudder>

The defense has caused hours and hours more delay than the prosecution. They've spent many court hours arguing with the jury stuck in the jury room, things which could have been handled well before the start of the trial. They dragged their feet at every opportunity. It's been the only defense they have, this delaying and whining.

Little K is giving it his all, but he comes across as petty, whiny, and confusing. Those aren't qualities that will endear him to this jury. In fact, I suspect that the jury will despise him by the end of this trial. He's coming across as that unlikable IMHO.

I actually think he has done a great job. Of all the witnesses we could watch online, this is the first witness that he hasn't been able to crack so far.

But it would be NORMAL for you... In the Cooper's case, she did not share her personal info with her husband, she locked her things in her car and/or bedroom, she felt as if her husband was listening in on phone calls, and it has been proven he hijacked her email accounts. You husband's use of your account may not draw any undue attention. The red hot spotlight was on Brad after finding out more information about what was and wasn't occurring in their marriage.

Lees, You are so right on about this. I still find it amazing, that everyone doesn't appreciate how Dramatic and Drastic it was that NC felt inclined to lock items in her car to keep them away from Brad. :maddening:

I figured you would catch that less0305 :D

I wasn't alleging anything, just asking a simple question and you still missed my point but let's just let it go. :)

Wow, what a difference a few years can make.

Thanks, must be frustrating to have to restate facts and evidence over and over again to the newbies. :blushing:

It was a valid statement on your part. My husband and I have been married 32 years and we dearly love each other - but he doesn't have access to my e-mail or FB passwords, and I don't have access to his. We have separate computers. It would be odd for him to log into my computer, or me to log into his. So there are differences in each of us and our marriages, but that's what detectives do, figure out what's going on before, during, and after an event - discern what's normal and what's not. Any one of us would be under the microscope at the onset if one of our spouses turned up missing - statistics will tell you it's most likely the spouse/boyfriend/girlfriend. It's all about ruling someone in or out as a suspect or person of interest.

Welcome to the board!!!

Now this BB testimony may be interesting. Kurtz may be able to score on this.

I still believe that Brad rigged Nancy phone ..so that it would delete if accessed

sounds like they may have found evidence on Nancy's cell phone

Well with what we now know, another direction would have been a total waste of time and resources. Looks like CPD did a superb job by zeroing in on the real killer early on.

I respectively disagree as we are unaware if there may have been others suspects because LE failed to look beyond BC.

He read the emails on the blackjack according to testimony earlier this week.

I have in my notes that he was reading his own email early on (9:00 p.m.)on the blackjack but he was on the computer 4x between 10:00 and 12:00

He's going to go over the same things he's gone over before regarding the BB. I don't see that he's going to get much with this witness. Det. Young was the witness to score those points and he already did. (I think Kurtz must have read here at lunch and realized he was going nowhere so now he's gone back to one piece where he was able to make the investigators look really bad.)

They could get the call history from the provider. They could not recover any texts, but if she was calling a man's # repeatedly, I am sure the defense will bring that up.

That's why I want to wait before making a decision by listening to the Defense case, because we know the Pros would not bring that up.

Obviously, no one else they investigated had the exact body dump Google search sites pictures on their computer.
