What he is describing right now is the job that I had (network administrator, system administrator, phones, software, computers). I did it all and I'm certainly no expert!!

You may not be an expert with technology, but we think you are a mighty special, expert, person!

So does the kid across the street, but would he be deemed an 'expert witness' in a court of law?

Is this the 'expert' to counteract the FBI expert?

I believe it is a joke. The person is expecting someone to ask, "What's the first thing?" so the jokester can respond, "I can't remember".

The DPD FBI specialist... asking someone who was in the courtroom.

What was his PhD in, when did he publish his dissertation, and what University awarded his doctorate?
