An antivirus/firewall program doesn't protect you from everything.

I have other things....but the Norton 360 is the costly one. I run a malware program weekly and use lavasoft. Let me know if I need more.

I have noticed with so many witnesses in this trial, mostly 30ish, that they begin what they are going to say with "So".....and they continue with their sentence. It's not needed in the context of what they are saying. Is that a trendy thing in the RTP area? I don't hear it here.

I'm in mid-40s... and I start alot of sentences with 'So', or 'Well'.

Well... so, it is a habit. A bad one.

Wow, Gessner is in full overrule mode. I wonder if Kurtz's bias accusation is affecting his decisions now (and opposite of how I would have expected them to).

When I write, I begin many sentences with well. I don't think I do when I speak although now I'm going to try to be more conscientious about it with both words.

I think you should run firefox with the noscript addon (or the equivalent for Chrome or whatever browser you run). That would help a lot.

The judge has done an about face with his rulings.

ETA - that's what I heard at least.

So you are suggesting that Cisco Computers that contain guarded programs, are allowed to be taken home by employees and be exposed to intrusions?..That all the firewalls and protections place on that computer is useless in protecting it from being infected..then brought to work hooked u to their system and get infected then?..You are confusing me FD..Sorry I am not understanding that at all..

I.E. I take my computer to another place and even tho I have programs to protect it..IT wont warn me or will allow malware to infiltrate it..Is that how it works?

I don't know how it all works. I'm just relaying the testimony.

I'm sorry LyLo, I'm listening, but not hearing, much of this testimony.

This trial finally got me to stop using wep for my home network. I have known its vulnerability for a long time, just never bothered to switch. But I finally switched last month.

I have noticed the same thing.

That's a good thing that has come from this case.

No resets?

They are talking about brad's phone..Black Jack which Ward said No Resets..however only 31 hours of useage for data...Dont know if it would indicate any wiping of data information tho??..Re-set refers to re-setting the call logs..which is a feature most people have on their phones...Think I have done it once in the past 8 years...

Anybody else know IF deletion occurs of data it would indicate that?..Way way out of my understandings.. ????

Yeah, I was just being lazy because I had to reconfigure the wireless keys on all of the computers.

Again, way over my head. But if you needed to do it and this trial kicked your butt in gear, glad you got it done.
I think I'm just too old for most of this technology stuff.

Well if you have a wireless lan in your house, you need to do it as well. PM me if you need help or instructions.

I thought the Cisco expert that testified about the FXO card said it required at least a 2600 series router.

Hopefully prosecution can correct this error.
Google "cisco 1751 fxo" to see.

Cisco, and other large companies, would never use an FXO port internally, so it's an easy mistake to make for enterprise VoIP guys. You'd only buy one to use at a very small business (or home).
