Again, not having seen any of the video, but in reading these comments I just had an idea appear in my mind. I too have been thinking that they have some pretty hard evidence given the LE and Judges reaction in the emergency temp custody order. They also moved to arrest with lightning speed, given the JLY and AM cases.
It may well be that the evidence they have is good, but now I am beginning to think that some of the biggest evidence might well be some of the things that BC said and did, his statements and actions when LE first became involved.
I remember that when I first heard that a lady was missing and friends were looking for her, I was out in the woods that weekend with my kids and not knowing that there were organized searches going on, kept an eye out for anything that might have looked out of place. Stuff like, bodies

, discarded clothing, etc. It was only 2 days after she was reported missing that the local media even mentioned that she was married. This immediately moved my hinky needle. Given the reports initially, I had assumed that she was single, having heard no mention of kids or spouse.
From what we have pieced together, BC acts a bit like an odd duck. He was also under stress with LE and friends all over asking questions. I think it is highly likely that he had a hard time keeping his story straight and may have contradicted himself several times, and/or told stories that made no sense. Like, oh, I don't know.... vacuuming a car trunk to remove a gasoline spill??
