Nancy was upset aggravated and sad house was a mess when she returned. Indicated Brad was responsible. Food in the sink from days prior. There were bugs.

On the flip side of that....IF it's the same bug guy, his potential testimony could benefit the prosecution concerning the appearance of any changes made in the garage.

It was the same bug guy. He testified at the custody hearing that he'd been to the Cooper house before and he also testified about the state of the garage and compared it to the state of the garage on his prior visits.

So Nancy was mad about Brad not giving her the money because it meant she couldn't get pedicures for her and her daughters. Are you freaking kidding me? They were in serious financial trouble and she was worried about pedicures. He shouldn't have withheld the agreed upon money....I fully agree with that. But using that money for a pedicure and then complaining that the $300/week isn't enough? Seriously?

No.

The money Nancy would make from painting at J.A.'s house would be used for the pedicures since it was extra money. However, since Brad didn't give her the weekly allowance, she wouldn't be able to do anything extra (implying she would have to use the $$ from painting for the regular household stuff that Brad would have covered).

Can't recall if Nancy was wearing a necklace, or if she spilled something on her dress. Clarified to not seeing her spill anything on her dress.
