Husband to D Duncan.

Earliest recollection is they met during a walk in neighborhood. D invited them over for drinks/dinner. Well received and they were over.

Interactions with Coopers friendly, became quick friends interacted quite a bit, with Nancy AND Brad.
Saw Nancy on regular basis, didn't do "guy" things with Brad.

Says Coopers got married "in a hurry".

Brad and witness didn't hang out as guy friends. Saw Nancy much more often on her own than Brad.

Had children close together. Relationship with Coopers was supportive, had play dates often, practically every day.

Has no recollection of how Brad interacted with his children....would see him out with children short periods of time, more often than not Nancy would relieve him of watching girls and he would go inside.
Nancy was a supermom...attentive, a great mother.

Never spoke about the website, but he looked. Very Bradcentric. Online diary of his athletic events.

Knew Scott was married to H.
Learning about affair, girls wine night H was bragging about affair <according to D Duncan>.

Saw Nancy after he knew about affair. Nancy pulled him aside she had learned about affair.
H was still a neighbor.
Nancys demeanor was emotional, great deal of strain in her fsce, but she wasn't crying. She was very much nervous and anxious. He would comfort her.
Nancy didn't know what to do at the time, she thought she might work through it .

Did speak to Brad...told him he was very pleased that they were going to work things out for the kids, repeated because Brad didn't respond, just a blank stare.

A different affair, friend was getting married, Brad proudly told him he had ummm...done something to someones wife. Told Brad they didn't want to know about it, it was distasteful.

The defense asked earlier if Nancy drank coffee at the party......it was confirmed she had wine and beer only.

Sounds like the defense will ram home that she likely got up and drank coffee... contradicting the logical scenario of the death occurring shortly after she came home.

Things were tense between Nancy and Brad. Nancy would talk to them about how stressed her relationship was.
Talking about reasons for going away party.

No one so far recalls Nancy spilling anything on her dress...ADA is sure bringing this home with every witness so far.

Packing was in progress, Nancy mentioned she was painting the kitchen, which never got finished. Very little contact with Brad.

D bought a plane ticket to help Nancy go to Canada and then fly home.

Party got changed because events led up to Nancy not leaving.
Originally Brad said he would help her with the move, then changed his mind.
Recalls Nancys plans were to go live with her sister and get a job there.

Saw Nancy alot, saw Brad rarely.
Important documents were being kept hidden in her glove box.
Brad went to the car during a festival and removed them.
