No stain on dress @ party. No one witnessed any stain or spill on the dress. Nancy never mentioned to anyone at party a stain or spill.

Brad laundered the dress Nancy wore and then gave it to the police after it was freshly laundered.

Obviously *something* happened while Nancy was either in that dress or the dress was nearby her after she took it off (if she's the one who took off the dress). Something that caused a 'stain' on the dress after the party. Something that caused Brad to want/need to launder THAT DRESS within mere hours, not give it to police until after it was laundered, and not tell police exactly what dress Nancy was wearing (or where it was when they asked). Or if not an actual stain, a fear there could be a stain on the dress because of a physical altercation.

ABC coverage cut-off audio & video before saying what time they would be back. :(

Please, anyone hear what time they will be due back?

Could be...I was saying if she was still wearing the dress when she was killed, that likely puts the TOD shortly after she returned home. Add in caffeine and a relative empty stomach, isn't there reasonable doubt on this?
My opinion has always kinda sorta been TOD was shortly after she returned home. With his cleaning frenzy, trips to HT,body disposal etc etc etc. That's alot to do in only 6ish hours.

As for all the questions about a 'private memorial service,' I recall the excuse for Brad not showing up at any of the public memorials held for Nancy was because:

1. He felt the focus should remain on Nancy (and not on him as a suspect)

2. He was going to have his own memorial (private memorial).

Obviously Brad never held a memorial, so that was a lie.

Yes, but how does caffeine show in her system when it was said she drank wine and beer only? I think I read the half life is about 3 hours.

Caffeine can be from taking an aspirin or other substance that has caffeine in it. It's in more than just colas and coffee.

BC powders and Excedrin have it.
If they had those types of pain killers in the home, that would certainly be possible.

Gonna be interesting when H Matour takes the stand. I'm just curious as to why the close neighbor friends of Nancy didn't shoo her away from the searches? Did they still all socialize as a group after the affair came out?

Right.

Coffee, Tea, Chocolate or Cocoa, certain candies, energy drinks.

Aspirin, nasal meds, migraine meds, other pain meds.

Should be interesting when defense begins cross with Mr. Duncan. I don't think he's ever been particularly shy about his opinions about BC. I would think the defense would relish a chance to get him going (and he just may oblige them.)

Perhaps Nancy had a glass of juice at home (finished off the bottle?) to wash down something containing caffeine?

snowshuze, Thank you for all the updates! This trial is taking place 2 hours away from where I live. If it weren't for WS, I would not know anything about it!

Thanks for your dedication! :)

All these people she interacted with on a daily basis, and probably were as close as family when she felt she needed support.

That's not true. The wife that testified earlier today said she saw Nancy a few times a month.

Still more than she saw her family. Most people DO need some kind of support system when things aren't going so well, IMO.

And how exactly do you know this? I have no idea if he did or didn't, but he could have done something with just him and his daughters.

Would like to know when N was last seen eating - and how that relates to the stomach contents. I know in dogs, stomach contents empty in approximately 20 minutes.

If Nancy was tipsy when she came home, and had some plans for the next day, she may have popped a couple BCs / Excedrin to try to ward off any slight hangover.

I still think the critical item, as SG mentioned, that as focused on money as BOTH of them were - and that she udsually got her $$ on Friday - the fact that he did not give her money on Friday (despite what was reported as going to the grocery store / dircing by a bank or several) and then again not picking up her money when he was out buying detergent.

I thought that I read in one of the custody depositions that the main reason she was so angry at the party was that she had not been given her allowance and she specifically asked him to stop and get her cash on the way home and he did not. So - the money timing was a HUGE DEAL - and for him to have not done it Friday - even after he was reminded, and then again not doing in when he was out Saturday AM - that is telling to me - i.e. "she wasn't going to need it" and he knew it.

I am surprised that this has not come out yet. I swear it was in the other depositions.

Yes, it is quite odd Craig Duncan is wearing a T-shirt as a witness in Superior Court,
