NC may well have exaggerated things, but when she showed up dead in the ditch beside the cul-de-sac, that was making a bit too much of a play for attention, don't you think?

Touche' CyberPro!

It doesn't seem she was exaggerating so much now, does it? What are the odds that a spouse who is in a contentious increasingly-strained marriage winds up dead the day after they have one of their worst days ever?

Spoke w/Nancy first thing Friday morn, confirmed plans for Jessica to go to Nancys house to help her clean out.
Was happy to help her in exchange for further painting.
Jessica is emotional. Was Nancys idea to paint dining room.

Painting was an exchange, helping one another out.
Called Nancy as she was on her way, waiting for Nancy to arrive home.
Nancy cooked for party that night. Girls were there.
Noticed laundry room, recalls laundry piles folded.

Top of pile there was a dress that Jessica liked. Pretended to steal dress/gave it back.

Yellow sheets in Brads room/ guest room at end of hall.

But according to the defense, he was doing a lot of laundry. So if she came home, took off the dress, sprayed it with some type of stain remover like spray-n-wash, and put it in the pile to wash....it would make sense that it got washed.

Yea, but don't forget Nancy supposedly pointed out this 'stained' dress to Brad a mere 11 hours earlier. Witnesses said when Brad arrived, Nancy went over and the conversation was obviously heated. Reckon she also pointed out to Brad her dress was stained, yet nobody else at the party saw or heard about such a stain? This is just another small point among many where the jury will use common sense.

Her knowlege was that Nancy slept in Master Bedroom.
Nancy slept with girls often.

  • #447
Observed that Brad never did laundry.

  • #448
Nancy slept in the master bedroom and BC in another room.
The children shared a bedroom. Asking who did the laundry and Jessica is saying that as far as she is aware only NC ever did laundry. She believes that they used All laundry detergent. (?)

If she did not commit suicide, then someone else killed her. I take that as a fact at this point. If someone killed her, then someone is guilty. True, we have not seen concrete proof that it was BC, and while I am leaning that way, I am not at 100% yet. Statistically, most people who wind up murdered are killed by someone they know. So, you start there with the investigation, and see where it leads you.

Even if you are completely in the SODDI camp, you have to admit that if you were an investigator, and found the victim was not getting along with the spouse, then when you start checking things out, you see that there was a lot of stressors like infidelity, finances, pending divorce you would be derelict in your duty if you did not pay very close attention to that. Not exclusively, but Lo, you start finding evidence, things that don't add up, feelings and impressions that you and others notice. Pretty soon, like it or not, you have a suspect.

He should have been the primary suspect (which he obviously was). I have no issue with that.

Demeanor was friendly, both had a glass of wine.

Nancy had diamond stud earrings and diamond necklace, never saw her without .

  • #451
She says that she had not seen her take off her necklace either on the beach or when they went on an overnight trip.

We don't know that about the green card. All we know is that is the story Brad gave Nancy which she repeated. They were here for 8 years, she still had no green card. They were in financial trouble, and she still had no green card. Seems like Brad should have pushed Cisco long ago about that, not wait until it was entirely too late. Just sayin.

One of the prosecution witnesses said that Cisco was doing the green card process for her. It's actually a long process.

Made plans with Nancy for Saturday morning for her to come early and paint dining room.

  • #454
She cleared out the room for NC to come at 8am to paint. Cleared it of furniture, the rug, chairs etc.,

Someone is lying. There has already been testimony (during the prosecutions case) where witnesses have verified that the tennis plans were run by Nancy. So I'm assuming Mike H. will testify and say he talked to Nancy about playing tennis with Brad at 9:30 and she was okay with it.

She does not look like somebody who is being truthful.

Side Note: Who returns a swimsuit that you have already worn? Gross!

Waited to about 8:45 Sat morning called Nancy on cell no answer. Caller her at home, spoke w/Brad.

Brad said Nancy was on a run w/ C Clark.

  • #458
Felt if a run happened w/C Clark she would have been invited.

  • #459
Sorry yall. Can't keep up. :(

  • #460
After several phonecalls to NC she called her home and BC answered. BC said that NC had gone running with Kerry Clarke(sp). She was surprised to hear that because Jessica was signed up for a run with Kerry Clarke and NC so when she heard that they had gone running she should have been invited to go with them. She didn't tell BC that NC was meant to be at her house since 8am.
