Wow! The fiber found in the trunk lid came from the trunk lining! Get my smellin' salts!

Mr. Cummings really needs to warn before he busts off with this kind of heart-stopping information!!

per curiam, I too remember old acquaintances of Brad relaying that he was the same back in high school, university, old girlfriends, etc. That his behaviors reported by Nancy to her friends were spot on as to the brad cooper they knew.

Thanks, Gracielee. I know that others remember this too. Normally, I'd go back and find the information and put it up for you all to see. But as you know, I'm not well, but will be Websleuthing until I can't hold up a laptop any more. (BTW, this isn't the spot to talk about my health, but since I mentioned I had surg. this past Mon. to see if the cancer had spread to the kidney: NO. No cancer in the kidney!! A surgical clip/freak thing had happened. I'm very happy. They fixed it. )

I'm not here to be as particular as back in college, for a grade. I do like to put my best foot forward, but right now, I'm just getting by.

There was more than one WebSleuther who posted on here who had past dealings in Canada w/Brad Cooper, and who also either knew the Rentzs or BC's family.

Maybe Cummings is playing a little game with us, kinda like Kurtz and Brad w/their perp struts/lawyer struts and military chin juts/smirks. Maybe old Cummings is going to suddenly come alive, take on a lively style, and lay it out on the table. If not, somebody please put some No-Doz in his coffee. Wonder if he'd just become "normal" and get beyond the pace of death if he took speed?

They didn't test this evidence until January?

The witness who tested the cigarette's, cig butt, black tank top. Another witness with no information of value. :(

I'm a newbie here, but let me just say, I'm so happy you received some good news. Take good care.

I will be testing a new blueberry muffin recipe in my test kitchen today. Might want to enter that into evidence and get it on the record as yet something else that has nothing useful to add to the BC case. ;)

Don't forget the tube top! Maybe Brad wore a tank top, a tube top and smoked two cigarettes while he doing this:)

Clearly there appears to be no DNA evidence in this case whatsoever. A combo of really good cleaning + not a bloody murder + decomp + degradation due to exposure to the elements = no detectable physical evidence (at least none thus far).

I think we may have found someone who talks as slowly as Mr. Cummings.

I hope neither one of these two ever have to call 911 for me if I'm dying. I'll be dead for sure by the time these guys get the information out.

I nominate this for POST OF THE DAY!!

It really did make me LOL!

I live out in the middle of nowhere with the cows and cornfields. I love it! Would never, ever want to move back into a gossipy, nosy neighborhood where the houses are not 15 feet from one another.
My middle child and his wife live in a very upscale neighborhood in the Raleigh area--much like Lochmere-- and the social aspects are very much like the Coopers. I just bite my tongue.[/QUOTE

Well, I am "stuck" in Lochmere. We moved here over 20 yrs. ago b/c our children needed to be in a better school district. That's the only reason, and when we bought, there weren't many houses on the market! We had sold, and were in a hurry to find a house. I tried to pick one that at least had a private, wooded area.

I do not want to know my neighbors, most of them. We are retirement aged. If people with young kids happen to move here, they don't stay long. They do seem to like the close neighbor/socializing thing. We do not live in Nancy's subdivision of Lochmere. I would die.

If my health were normal, we'd already be out of here so fast. Our kids are long out of college. I do not need neighbors! I have family and real friends if and when I want them.

Everyone is different. However, I notice that people who aren't that happy with one another's company (married ones) seem to reach out to others like themselves to get together and have "something " to do. Imagine that. When we want something to do, we plan trips together, for either a day, days, or whatever. We get our bikes and head out to the American Tobacco Trail. In other words, our 37 years of marriage means something to us. We actually enjoy our lives. We have lots of space apart or however. He does his thing, I do mine, or we do things together.

I guess some people have to invent a social life.

Buffering becoming intolerable here now. Knew I shouldn't have said anything about it earlier. :( And why do I find myself humming the 'Andy of Mayberry' theme continually? :(

Did anyone think BC or NC smoked? That's the last thing I would have thought.

This witness is beautiful IMO...no relevance...just sayin'.

I refuse to believe that they don't contain any evidence until I sample, uh, I mean test them for myself.... PM a couple over.

I have watched alot of trials and i dont think ive ever seen one like this!

Me neither. I don't even know if I can continue following this. I keep telling myself that they wouldn't have charged if this is all they had so I come here every day looking for something.
