New to posting...but long time lurker. Love the thoughtful discussion. Since we have heard no evidence to date that Nancy was killed in the house, does anyone think it may have happened out in the back yard, on the patio, or the garage?

Welcome aboard Tipstaff..Nancy had been strangled..so she could have very well been murdered at the house..place in Brad's trunk and transported..all Allegedly of course..Doubt it would have been in backyard??..Since she was only partially clad, I think it happened when she was sleeping...

within 10 min BC called his Cisco VM THREE times. All before 7am on a Sat morning.

So ncsu95, he just confirmed he does not normally get on his phone and check VM on Saturday mornings....makes sense to me.

Each of the 2 times Brad got a call from the 'Home' phone on his cell phone on 7/12, he had earlier told police he was AT HOME with Nancy and Katie (this is prior to 7am).

No he didn't. He confirmed he didn't check his vm the morning of the 11th. I haven't heard them talking about what his phone records show for the Saturday prior.

And you know this how? Was there not a receipt from labcorp for the std testing? Or are you talking about the "affair" with Krista's boyfriend (now husband)?

Also, I wonder where the kids were that day??..as Brad was apparantly at the gym or fitness center that afternoon?? when Officer Hayes called him??

Believe the test was after NC discovered/was made aware HM had sex with BC. Understand HM's husband was rumoured to have an STD.

Why would she need to be tested? She wasn't having sex with BC.

It means he called his voicemail 3 times on saturday morning. Actually it means he called 2 separate voicemail systems for a total of 3 calls 1 to work voicemail and twice to cell voicemail.
