It's often done as part of a full physical, if requested. Includes PAP, STD screen, physical, etc.

Dr. B is a well known Gynecologist in this area and Gyno's do not do complete physicals.

Maybe to insurance, but usually not to an individual. I could be wrong.

You normally wouldn't get the bill from the lab unless the insurance denied coverage for a particular service or if you had some type of co-insurance on the lab work portion.

JA Young observed runners and traffic from 7am until 10am on one of the Sat (one week after NC went missing) to see what kind and amount of people would be out. Several people were tall women with brown hair in a ponytail.

Right...because CPD didn't make any mistakes in this case. Some mistakes that we can look back on say would be common sense. You know, like taking pictures of scratches or examining contents of a shop vac that the suspect said he used. Yeah, let's use some common sense.

Now you use some common sense. There was nothing apparently wrong with those shoes during the first trip. They weren't covered in mud.

When do you think they saw the video?
The most obvious thing was the 2 pairs of shoes.
Barney Fife would have wanted to see both those shoes.
We know they looked for the shoes per the CPD testimony.
Even if it was a bit later, Brad would still have the shoes, dontcha think:waitasec:

I have Cigna. I receive a bill for the unpaid portion of the bill after insurance pays what my insurance cover. I have received a bill for separate tests from the same facility (two LabCorp bills) - for the same visit at my MD office, but two different screens or tests performed by LabCorp.

There wouldn't be a separate bill for it though, right?

Depends upon your insurance. My insurance usually bills lab fees separately. The lab isn't part of my personal doctors services.

I beg to differ. I don't go to Dr. B. But my Gyno does perform a complete physical annually for me.

I don't know about Dr. B, but I've had a full physical with a gynecologist before.

Regarding the lab billing, they are billed separately from the office visit. Additionally, the office visit could be paid with a copay (i.e. $20) but the lab work is going to go towards deductible so there could be addtl money owed.

This testimony is so long and disjointed. I'm not really understanding the prosecution strategy here.

Hummm..I think this whole discussion about a STD labtest done by Nancy and assuming it was done because she was having an affair with this boyfriend who ended up marrying her twin sister is getting abit :waitasec:

There is alot of reasons having such a test done..whether it was part of her annual Gyn exam, or if she was worried after hearing confirmed Brad had had an affair with HM who's husband was known to Nancy to have an STD..

I think it is a huge leap to assume Nancy had an ongoing affair at the time of her death :maddening:..just because the defense is throwing that out there!

I think they are just going chronologically as it pertained to the investigation.

This is like finding you presents before christmas but having to wait to open them up.

Look at this big box! You can't see what is in it until later. :floorlaugh:

I think the comps etc have to be brought into evidence before the experts can testify about any data etc

  • #355
Rut Rho..Do ya think they found anything of evidenciary value in Brad's office??..The are itemizing all the stuf they confiscated from his office at Cisco???

  • #356
If he was at home..why would Nancy be calling Brad on his celly?? couldnt she have just yelled for him??

My father and stepmother used their cell phones to talk to one another they were in different vicinities of their home (second floor/first floor/garage/basement/yard).

I thought it was strange since in our family we just yell. Now I call my teenagers on their cells when I am downstairs and they are in their rooms.

Ohhh Dear..Dont bring in anything to add to confusion for my overwhelmed brain:floorlaugh:..I think referring to this Det JY we should use Det. McDreamy..sorry ncsu..I know you are a male..so dont take offense ..but he really is a good lookin guy to us females

Because the testimony is, shall we say "slow", and I am not able to do much due to a pulled muscle, did a little googling...........

ok - back to the phone calls....

If he was calling his CISCO voicemail prior to 7 AM - now this makes things even WORSE.

#1 - nothing would have come in within 10 monutes to his work email before 7 AM on a weekend.

AND

#2 - you dial into the voicemail system to CONTROL YOUR IP PHONE - i.e. not just voicemail, but call forwarding, and do all the neat things you can do with an IP phone remotely.

it was originally discussed that these calls were to his cell VM, but since they are going to Cisco - it's becoming apparent (to me) that he used his capabilities / expertise to spoof calls.

I dont know what to think anymore! Everytime i think they come up with something its really not a nail in the coffin. so who knows.

One call went to his Cisco voicemail the other two went to his cell voicemail.
