Maybe to insurance, but usually not to an individual. I could be wrong.
Right...because CPD didn't make any mistakes in this case. Some mistakes that we can look back on say would be common sense. You know, like taking pictures of scratches or examining contents of a shop vac that the suspect said he used. Yeah, let's use some common sense.
Now you use some common sense. There was nothing apparently wrong with those shoes during the first trip. They weren't covered in mud.

There wouldn't be a separate bill for it though, right?

This testimony is so long and disjointed. I'm not really understanding the prosecution strategy here.

Ohhh Dear..Dont bring in anything to add to confusion for my overwhelmed brain:floorlaugh:..I think referring to this Det JY we should use Det. McDreamy..sorry ncsu..I know you are a male..so dont take offense ..but he really is a good lookin guy to us females
Rut Rho..Do ya think they found anything of evidenciary value in Brad's office??..The are itemizing all the stuf they confiscated from his office at Cisco???
ok - back to the phone calls....
If he was calling his CISCO voicemail prior to 7 AM - now this makes things even WORSE.
#1 - nothing would have come in within 10 monutes to his work email before 7 AM on a weekend.
AND
#2 - you dial into the voicemail system to CONTROL YOUR IP PHONE - i.e. not just voicemail, but call forwarding, and do all the neat things you can do with an IP phone remotely.
it was originally discussed that these calls were to his cell VM, but since they are going to Cisco - it's becoming apparent (to me) that he used his capabilities / expertise to spoof calls.
