JA Young observed runners and traffic from 7am until 10am on one of the Sat (one week after NC went missing) to see what kind and amount of people would be out. Several people were tall women with brown hair in a ponytail.

He did not even say that! He was asked if he saw women with brown hair running and he said "yes sir."

Hummm..I think this whole discussion about a STD labtest done by Nancy and assuming it was done because she was having an affair with this boyfriend who ended up marrying her twin sister is getting abit :waitasec:

There is alot of reasons having such a test done..whether it was part of her annual Gyn exam, or if she was worried after hearing confirmed Brad had had an affair with HM who's husband was known to Nancy to have an STD..

I think it is a huge leap to assume Nancy had an ongoing affair at the time of her death :maddening:..just because the defense is throwing that out there!

We will just have to see. It is written somewhere that JP's wife said that he had an STD...I'll see if I can find it.

Me too luckyme..however it appears he suddenly became domesticated..Wasnt nancy's biggest complaint to her mom was that Brad was not involved with family life at all?? It appears too that even his office space was as cluttered as his home space..papers all over the place..filing cabinets open, and things left on counters..ala water bottles etal~~ I can only imagine the work involved in cleaning up after him:floorlaugh:

Well, yes, he could get a lawyer to negociate, BUT he still would be living on a much reduced income after just having completing his MBA to increase his earning potential.
