Today is another day I wish court ran until 10:00 p.m. I could watch this 24 hours a day at this point. I think we finally caught another gear.

I quite agree -- I have been feeling this ratcheting-up all day -- I wanted to make a similar comment, but then I was afraid ADA Cummings might take over, and we'd have to go buy a box of No-Doz & fire up the coffee makers and put ice in our pants to stay awake.

Six if she actually, in real life, without a doubt, went running in two left shoes that morning. Somehow I don't think a seasoned runner would leave, no matter how much of a hurry she was in, with two left shoes on.

I'll just bet Brad's phone would be a treasure trove of info for LE??..Wonder why mom would have it??..Interesting that LE would obtain a search warrant to search Mom's things??? Is that covered under S/W of a residence???

I'm no lawyer, but seems to me anything in the residence would be fair game.

Although not having anything but the red/black sport's bra on could mean several things like the other clothes had been taken off her before she was put there... the two left shoes deal really makes one wonder if someone was in a BIG hurry and grabbed the shoes to get rid of because they looked like a pair.

Speaking of shoes, I can't believe they didn't stress Brad's missing shoes more.
Even if it was a Canadian custom, the fact that they disappeared in thin air is huge.

BTW, if they existed, Kurtz would have produced them long ago.

IMO..The over-riding impression I got today was much of Brad's statements or depo's have been either debunked..or shown to be very innacurate :maddening:..and Brad's scattered shopping spree's Sat Morning 630'ish AM sort of jumped out to me..He was not appearing comfortable with domestic shopping.... Those shoes on his feet first trip to HT suddenly gone for second trip..and those never seen since then..I did notice some mud or wet looking dirt on HIS Right shoe toe area..maybe he didnt want to get mud in his car :floorlaugh:..ohhhh

Also his phone activities ( Phone Gymnastics) seemed suspicious??..I think he was in a hurry to get back to the house before the kids woke up..just my take on it tho:truce:

I was at Walmart in the shopping center where Harris Teeter is located a few hours ago. I swear I saw someone who looked SOOOOO much like NC, I had to do a double take. Same build, same color hair back in a pony tail with a baseball cap. I knew NC and spoke to her often. I guess my point is that it is not uncommon to see someone who could have been mistaken for her jogging.

I think there are a lot of tall women with brown hair in ponytails, with similar builds--i.e. a runner's build. Especially in the summer when the heat is ON..ponytails rule the day.

That's ANOTHER thing that was inconsistent with how Nancy was when she was running.

When her body was found her hair was not tied back, not in a ponytail, no ponytail holder found, and there was no ballcap either!

Add these to the list of 'souvenirs' the Hawaiian/Mexican/Mormon/DrugCartel/WiFiStealing/VanDriving/ConstructionCanibals took, along with her 2 left shoes, shorts, socks, and Tshirt.

I loved it when they showed that bank of phones and all that equipment at his desk at work with the certificate that only 13,000 people in the world has achieved and the prosecution asked "And didn't Brad tell you that he didn't know how to access his cell phone call history on his cell phone?" I dont recall that Nancy was found with a ponytail and hat at that Construction site?? I only recall she didnt have on shoes, nor other running gear on??..

Good point. I find it hard to believe that she ran with her hair down.
