I thought he did, and her family said that he was suicidal. Wasn't that one of the reasons for taking the kids from him?[/QUOTE

Thought that he did as well and one of the reasons for child custody filing by NC's family.

However, BC (according to another poster) researched the suicide information prior to NC's appointment with her atty and before BC had the chance to forward himself the separation agreement.

So interesting that Judge did not permit the submission of suicide search and timeline by BC. IMO

So have there been no new tweets?

Bradford Bishop

Brad Cooper, it appears *Brad* is taking on a 'peterson-like' quality. :(

Reminds me of Jason Young who got on his computer and researched blugeoning. Strangely, that is exactly how his wife was murdered in the home. Coincidences are not real, only the illusion of them.

Did the judge sustain defenses objection in his case?

No new tweets. I suspect we will get a flood when they break for lunch.

BTW this little excuse by Kurtz that he can't cross examine properly has got to be the biggest line of BS I've seen in a while. He's trying to buy time.

And to me .... his credit card just bounced! Has to be prepaid. Any action with a PREfix of "PRE" attached - well K just went out right out the window, in my book.

Such as PREpare, PREview, PREsent, PREdict; PREempt ... and if dyslexia is still my biggest faux ... PERform! C'mon, Kurtz. Give us the beef!

this is probably the most Brad's parents have ever supported him in his lifetime...and even then they don't look like they want to be there

You know what, sitting in a court room watching my CHILD being tried for the murder of his wife is the last place I'd want to be as well.

You would think,
But, if it was not planned ahead of time, he could have been in a panic mode and spoke many lies trying to cover for himself. I can certainly see someone who didn't think it all out ahead of time, saying pretty much anything to show their innocence. jmo

I agree, which is why I think if he did it, it wasn't preplanned. He wouldn't had been as sloppy with the flurry of phone calls.

:welcome4: Glad to have you with us!!

One dumb question, from one whose brain is full, full, full of BC, NC DD, CD, CC, JA, et al.

Who is RZ? (Bold By Me, above) If you can't say the name due to the rules, just kind of give me a hint. Thanks, and again, welcome, RobT!! :seeya:

Take a look at the third page of the legal docs sticky post... you'll see an affidavit with those initials. And thanks for the welcome!

I agree.

Can we leave talking about parents/family of both sides out of this?

Here's the link to RZ's affidavit. She's the one who claims to have seen Nancy jogging on the morning of July 12th.

Wonder if prosecution has information from HM and Miss France that BC spoke to them in regard to divorcing NC and having a life with them and his concerns re: child custody?

I had to appear for jury duty as a new American citizen (that was a bit daunting) for a civil case a few months ago. Mobile signals were fine in the court room I was in but bailiffs and judges alike will confiscate the phone if they see you using it. I never picked up a WiFi signal on my iPhone but there are free hotspots all around that one can pick up from the ground floor (The Oxford, etc.). Without some sort of tethering to a mobile device or other connection that relies on mobile service I wouldn't plan on doing anything from the courthouse itself and I certainly wouldn't plan on doing anything from the court room without risk of losing your phone.

Congratulations and Welcome, RobT, New American Citizen!!

 :balloons: :congrats:

Yes, but if BC's original plan was to make it seem NC committed suicide it would be relevant. Obviously there is absolutely no testimony or basis to that effect so I'm leaning more towards the judges ruling on this one regarding relevancy.

RobT .... BC would have had to have had a THOUGHT first before he researched the PLAN .... after OPTIONS entered his nasty little head. So, maybe, just maybe ... he researched his THOUGHTS. Didn't have to be a plan at that stage. After all, seems he'd "been there, done that..." in his own life. He IMO, felt comfortable researching suicide approaches. He resonated thereto. Had the qualified mindset to 'talk it thru". If ya get my gist?

But then .... he dropped that idea .... and got deadly serious.

IMHO....
