So the pictures were taken attempting to wipe data from phone..leading jury to believe it was Nancy's phone and it was NOT her phone...Yet whatever he did with Nancy's phone was not pictured nor documented and his notes of the 2009 testing of Nancy's phone was NOT brought to court....He is actually looking rather flumixed right now!!:banghead:

FWIW, it would have behooved the def to go over this guy's testimony with him PRIOR to him taking the stand. Then there wouldn't be all of this UNknown stuff.

Yes, between the last computer guy(JW?) saying that Brad has a higher certificate of expertise at Cisco than him....which by the way I thought was priceless, that their expert witness had a lesser certification, and now this witness saying I have never seen this before...... appears that Brad has stumped all the defense witnesses.......or the cops are corrupt and framed him?????? :waitasec:

Seemed the defense tried to preclude these errors by sending a memo to the pros in attempt to ensure the phone was handled properly.

Seems there may have been data on the phone in BC's favor.
