The initial Blum interview with this witness, JP. The defense edited it, removing hearsay parts, and the prosecution has not heard the redacted or edited version. Thus this delay....and obvious blackout. Could have been interview with CPD.

Yes, because the State didn't take the time to listen to police interviews with witnesses who they knew would take the stand...we're off camera while they take the court and jury's time to do so.

He does know he had nekkid kissy face with her though. Perhaps you can correct my assumption? I'd ask Nancy for her side, but then she's dead and my mind is foggy today. Not sure my psychic side can get through to reach nancy.

Same Elliott doesn't look like the same person without his mustache. I was shocked when I realized it was The Sam Elliott.

It's ok, I do it too cuz I hadn't followed this case too closely this entire time. I watched when it happened, but then lost touch until about 20 days into the trial. So I ask questions the same way you do! Thankfully there are many people here who are well versed on the goings-on in the case and willing to share.

Both JP and NC say they don't remember what, exactly, happened that night. I read in something that she owned up to their being naked on the sofa but she didn't think there was a true sexual act involved.

It could of been. Witness said he wasn't sure where BC was, may had been away for a race.

SH just testified he and Brad were away that Halloween week-end, together in Asheville for some Cisco event.
