Don't understand the order of witnesses. Seems this guy should have come yesterday after the other Cicso employee. Takes our emotions from one extreme to the other.

That's exactly what I do for my company as well. Early adoption of the new software on a live voip system. I'm responsible for that system.

I'll bet they'd get to it if he gets on the stand. Does anyone think he will? I think it's possible.

Are you talking about Brad taking the stand? I don't think Brad is a good enough liar to take the stand...and he certainly couldn't rehearse for cross

I think if he wants any chance of being found not guilty, he won't.

I bet the jury feels the same.

I believe it was....4:42 am is what Ms. Stubbs responded.
Threw up a red flag for me.

I dont know about you all, but my email times do not match true clock time..I read an email dated and time about 10 hours after what time I am actually reading it??..I often wondered how to correct that..havent figured it out yet.

An example is when signing up to a blog site you have to set up your timezone or else the times you see on the blogs are not the same as on your page or you puter clock??...

Ah, "expert witness", has written a book.

Personally, I would have to have a break in technical evidence. After two to three hours of one topic of a technical nature, I would start to zone out. I wouldn't be able to help it. So I would welcome the break with someone else to break up that "droning" on and on of technical matters.

some witnesses can only be in court at certain times..so they adapt

Nancy's lawyer had to testify before this guy to lay the foundation of Brad intercepting Nancy's emails

I bet he thinks he is smart enough to fool some of them though. I imagine his attorneys have had to talk him out of it. I think Brad's opinion of Brad is totally out there.

That's a good point. I hadn't considered that, but I know I zone out with some of the technical stuff, since most of it is so foreign to me. I'm strictly a "point & click" kind of gal. :)

ETA--I imagine at least some of the jurors have trouble with all the technical testimony. I wish the State would do a better job of "summing up" at the end of these witnesses if they can.

I do think this witness is going to explain Brad's IP Phone's capabilities.....I am hanging on every word even tho I dont understand every word..I will get the gist..and Hopefully he will be able to show how Brad received that call from hummmm Nancy at 640 AM and how it would show up on a call log...

That's a good point. However, if I were on the jury I think I could digest it all much easier given back to back testimony, but I might be wrong. I'm just still wanting to hear something solid.

Given that Nancy was scheduled to run with Carey Clark on the 11th at 0530 and this was not an uncommon time, why would you see a red flag about 04:42 ? Just curious.

not for American citizens which the children were

The kids are also Canadian citizens, by being born to a native Canadian. She would have had to fill in some paperwork, but they would have been afforded the same rights as any Canadian.

Because it was early...here daylight is breaking around 5:30--5:40am in the late spring and summer months. And there was no mention of her meeting anyone else for the run. Just bothered me a bit.

And there has been testimony that she never ran alone....and not alone from her home.
